I never knew that you need to connect to the servers to use the psvita as a second controller, that kinda ruined my day. Hopefully this works when I connect the game to private servers (and when I own a vita). Great video by the way. Edit: Turns out, you actually can still play the Cross-Controller DLC, it doesn't require the servers to function, it just detects if they're online or not. The method involves messing with DNS to trick the DLC to function
7:46 it is quite easy to play cross controller nowdays, you can either patch the game if you have a modded vita or use a dns rewrite which works on any vita
the cross controller actually had it's own separate community section for some reason. so basically you need the dlc, the ps vita, and the server for the game to even access cross controller levels. the levels were pretty cool for the 200 or more on there
The move pack also had some really banger music, showing off the music sequencer to its fullest potential. The original game only had 2 songs that use the in-game sequencer, but I think the Move Pack added 6 or 8 more, including my favorite The Shrew’s Gambit.
Awesome video, loved it I remember always wanting the Move Pack DLC cuz I always saw stuff from it being used in good levels, how did so many people have that?? Also when I bought the Cross Controller pack in LBP3 I just got all the items for free and was really confused
Luckily me and my girlfriend got to play Cross-Controller online with custom servers, and it was actually so funny and alot better than you'd think, it is kinda difficult tho
You should make another channel with exclusively lbp videos so you don’t have to change this channel. The reason these ones are doing so well is imo because all lbp videos nowadays are about the servers going down and there being no hope. These videos are something different for the lbp community, and it feels good.

Move Pack was such fire for a DLC most people wouldn't play. I had the special edition of LBP 2 and for the longest time I couldn't play it, but eventually I got a PS Move just do be able to do it and it was fun. It's funny how the final boss feels more climactic than the normal game's even tho it's way lower stakes. I also remember finding a playable Cakeling in the community levels and trying to modify to have the smooth wings animation of the boss one and so you could control objects like the brain crane.
I loved the cross controller/remote play stuff from the psvita pack... i wish i couldve made some cool levels around it and that there *WERE* cool levels made around it.
