You are exactly right about the reframing. The narc I was involved with did so much data gathering about me and then used it against me later. After we were married I eventually started having problems with how he was treating me and I was very upset and I left him and went to my mother's house, my husband wouldn't leave me alone and begged me to come back and said that things would change. I did come home again and he suggested that I go to the doctor because he said he was worried about me. To cut a long story short, I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with major depression. At the time my husband encouraged me to tell the doctor about my past childhood abuse and when I got diagnosed with depression my husband used that against me to prove to the world that I was the crazy one with all the problems. In fact it was him who was triggering me all the time.

Your testimony speaks the truth. I met a woman after 3 dates, my gut feelings noticed her covert sneaky behaviors like gaslighting, triangulation and playing dumb. Jer body language was off from the first date, felt her low vibration energy, empty soul, cold heart. Even though she was physically attractive, every time I came closer for intimacy, it felt like kryptonite, I was so sick my stomach. Had no sexual relationship her, I felt like a dark spirit blur entity aura. When my intuitions made me realized it was coming from her. I cut off the relationship. She didn’t like it and acted like a covert bully by hoovering attempt. The most disturbing experience was feeling the presence of dark low vibration energy, total lack of empathy toward others and her empty soul. So glad I dodged a bullet.
Completely agree. That female natcissist is 2 or 3 pieces of work! You had a lucky escape, what great discernment you have. Charmaine i too was in a manipulationship with a covert narcissists. I become very sick, had heart attack, lung infection and kidney infection. Guys please if your gut tells you something, run for the hills

I gave up my career and then was made to understand via hints that I'm a parasite,I get nothing.That I have to lie cheat and steal to get anythìng.His mother was forever looking to take me and my wealthy mother to court. Of course nobody believed me. My values matter to me.But please,these people never stop,more mess all the time.Exhausting.

It can be tough going, but the best way to deal with it is to not give in to it. Dont allow them to get their way by using this tactic, it gives them a license to keep on using it against you.
