Rodman is my 🐐 as he mastered the harder aspect of the game of basketball. Defence rebounding and mind games. Dude was a freak of nature that will never be able to be replaced. We will never see a player like him again
In those times I could not count how many times MJ had to pull, stop, drag, tackle Rodman to stop him from fighting or getting him away from pissed off players from opposing teams. MJ was a master of getting Rodman out of trouble and ejection. 😅
Priceless that moment when 3 main stars and LEGENDARY of C.Bulls together finally when MJ and Scottie stopping Dennis on fight against the opponent ( some of the players of Lakers ).
I never thought of him as a villain but a lot of people did I just think that a lot of people didn't actually believe or know how truly athletic he is or was how many athletes after a game do an hour on a treadmill stair stepper or bike he did unmatched stamina seem like he never tires amazing athlete probably won't see another for a long time just awesome player in my opinion just playing to win don't everyone # SUPERMAN
@@trevorhay1777 He was a Power Forward. That was his role. To guard and post up. He got his reputation from being apart of the bad boys first, then he amplified that by how he lived his life off the court. Thats where he got his villain name.
I think if Dennis actually fought any of those guys he would beat the crap out of them. He's an incredible athlete with unbelievable stamina and he's tough as nails.
I've always enjoyed watching Rodman play especially when the commentators get pissed. Imagine Rodman fouling 2days Superstars.. they would be Appalled 😂
Yes, I spent most of the video thinking about how Rodman would be taken in today's NBA. He'd succeed in getting a lot of players angry and get a lot of technical fouls.
@@marcelz2095 yes. If you can keep shaq on 0 points, get like 688 rebounds per game and can defend all five positions, you are better than Pippen. Pippen 2nd best defender, rodman first
Dennis is a force of nature and a tour de farce. He was ridiculous, compelling, magnetic, theatric, inappropriate, naive, wild, instinctive, and devious in an ugly, beautiful and athletic package. Flagrant and sensitive and out of bounds.
@FlippingTheMatrix for sure. each won an MVP since... But crazy enough for all their talents they seem to me to probably let their egos get in their way.. They should have been an amazing and successful trio...
A team can have all the taleni in the world but if key players can't accept or understand their individual roles to make it work failure is a certainty.. I think what was probably fortunate about those 90s bulls is that the big 3 had clearly defined roles in different positions.. No one got in each other's way and each were probably all time greats in their positions
I love Rodman! Hands down the best on the ball defender EVER. He was just miss understood, because he just did what made him happy. Rodman is smart, he studied his opponents and learned how the ball would come off the hand and the spin to position himself for the rebounds. I enjoyed watching his years in Detroit and Chicago. I think the hair color started just because he was bored.
I still have the VCD tapes of all bulls championship series with rodman on the team.. as much I love Michael and Scottie dou, I just realize I was waiting for rodman to do something. HEs a goat in what he does in the court no doubt. There are a lot of players they compare with Michael and Scottie,, but I could not think someone can be compared to Dennis..1 in a million..Thanks a lot for putting him in HOM.
Dude was a beast out on the floor. His stats will never show the impact he had on a game. Was pretty exciting to watch if you like the dudes you do the dirty work. Got a few rings to show for the hard work. Got a new subscriber. Was fun to watch. Great video
"Bad as I wanna be" .... and that's why we love him... he didn't give two flying F' about his body being bruised or hurt... His hustle play was off the charts his defense was off the charts... His stamina was off the charts... His mentality was off the charts... and his speed was off the charts... I truly believe that they should have a hustle award in the NBA named after Dennis Rodman
Agreed- His mental game was awesome as well & Dennis was a great ball passer, some of his outlet passes were incredible- just a Supreme Athlete and knowing he had asthma made his physical performance that more amazing!
George Karl had allready tried to get Rodman on his team- so hm complaining about Rodman’s play in the 96 series was really out of envy. Salute & Respect to my all time favorite NBA player💫
I feel fancy because I saw all the Bulls ones live..on tv. Exciting times. The stores were full of Rodman merchandise. Too bad I was a teen and had no money.
Rodman's the man. I mean he do whatever it takes to win a game not only for him but to all fans and the teams he represents/play for Get into the heads of other players is the best strategy ✌
love or hate him…you cannot deny that he was: One of a Kind, a Fierce Competitor, the Best/Worst of a Teammate & Everything in Between. The World Has Evolved ‘to’ His Style & Fashion…he’s a Goddamn Renaissance Man. who else fits that description? no one
