Awesome podcast! One question I do have is the SBA loan granted. That is awesome! Quick question…was the application put in as a women owned manufacturing business? I worry that if these are done because of subsidy, and not because of the true organic vision, many will ultimately fail. Not talking about these two because they are the definition of what we want. USA!

This should be required for any manager on any level, even if you're the owner. Purchasing something for the company? prove its going to at least have possible ROI.

I disagree whit his way of making people spend their time with their family on the computer, working again, agter they've spend a good 9 gours working again. Family should be above anything, and this system is on the total opposite. You as a owner should be concerned about your employes getting better,not the other way around.
