How gratifying it is to see an orthopedic surgeon who knows what an upper motor neuron lesion is. They are becoming extinct. 😂

Thanks a lot. It would be quite impressive, if you could explain where the test comes from. Why does this pathological reflexive movement occur?

no, indicates cervical myelopathies. Not very sensitive though, so sometimes you could just be normal.
