Thank you for this video. I had a visitor Canada visa expired in December 2020. I had included the date of demise of my parents in the earlier form. I however do not recall the date of demise of one parent( I do recall the date of birth) as it was when I was very young and my parents had separated by then. I had got this date from a relative, and I filled in my earlier form who has unfortunately passed away. How can I fill in these details or address this issue as I do not want to fill incorrect information. Please advise thank you.
Could you please tell what to fill if some data is unknown? Like birthdate of some sibling or parents? Do we need to take print or online form we can make some changes to show it is unknown?

Thank you for the video. Form imm-5669 asks for mother's name at birth, and imm 5645 is asking mother's name in both English and native alphabet. If mother has a different name , which one should be provided, current or at birth? and if the current name does not spell properly in the native language due to the lack of some letters, how can this be overcome?
Thanks for information. I am applying online for a study permit, have a little concern about filling and signing some sections in IMM 5645e (family information). For example section A,B,D that ask for a signature in each part about not having a spouse& children. Should I leave three sections without signing and dating because I’m giving my electronic signature after uploading the whole files Or I fill all information in English and Arabic then print, sign these three sections, scan and upload them? I don’t have a spouse or any children.
I want to sponsor my common law partner now living in Canada with me. We do not have any children. However, i have a minor child from a previous relation. I have shared custody with her mother. I am still not sure if i need to show the name of my child on form 5406 filled by my present common law partner
