Thanks for the info. I was looking for more info on this and reddit led me here. Unfortunately there are alot of guys selling $4000-10k courses or mentorships on this stuff and I stay far away because it's a cool way to put you in debt without even winning your first contract.
You can put it into your teaming agreement with them. It's not common in services, but in construction (for example), contracting will go as far to ask for certified payroll. Meaning, they actually want to SEE it. You could request certified payroll if you had cause to believe they are not paying the minimum.
@@GovKidMethod Thank you! One more point of clarification for the legal method of subbing...this FAR 52.222-55 in a contract just means that the federal minimum wage is paid ~$15 or is that the prevailing wage that needs to be paid? I'm struggling to understand this one.
