Thanks for watching everyone! This wraps up our amazing third season in Philly. I had a wonderful time in the City of Brotherly Love, but I can't wait to show you the next season that we shot in Atlanta. Stay tuned for more!
Hopefully one day! Even if it's not to shoot a video series, I need to go back and hang out with my Canadian relatives. I hear the Chinese food is great up there too.
I'm disappointed Nick wasn't in this episode to tell us about to the plutonic density of the atoms while eating that fried chicken. It would have been such a profound statement.
Why is there one guy just for korean food? Why not have a guy for indian food, chinese food, vietnamese food, mexican food etc? They are also fairly popular cultures and just as established in the US in my opinion.
Good job Matt. You are coming into your own. You did slip into your koreatown valley twang a couple times, but not nearly as bad as before. I like the progress, as a fan
Christhopher Smith They double fry the wings to make it more crunchy. First fry them normally on medium heat and then fry them again on high heat. Just search Korean Fried Chicken KFC
Sorry I forgot to answer the flour question but rice flour is not the traditional ingredient. Korean Fried Chicken (Dakgangjeong) is usually made with Corn/Potato Starch. It makes this significant crunchiness sweet rice flour can also work because of its high starch content.
The guy said yumminess.. I get it if you guys dislike Nick for being pretentious or whatnot, but I'd much rather watch someone who seems like they know what they're talking about, and shows a real passion for his job.
Kdaljeet The poutine I was raised on was served in a thin cardboard container at the local arena, so same here. However, I think the oven and heated bowl aid with the melting, and I think it's a good thing.
ughhh I hate that about it. Like I LOVE poutine (and we have 4 joints across our school). But I hate when the cheese curds don't melt. That's why I usually prefer shredded cheese, even tho it's not authentic
not shaming this food, it all looked delicious but you can give this man a slop of a meal and he will talk bad about it, but when you put a south korean flag on it, he'll only have positive things to say.
