Atleast 1 of the 3 shooters had a phone on them. Somebody had to have been in communication with the killers for them to know the exact location and time foolio would be for them to be able to initiate the drill. Between cell phone tower pings and cameras on the streets and highways they 100% will be able to trace them.
Unless they got an initial location and waited, then from there trialed him all day until they was able to do the drill. But the problem is it's gone be difficult to come up with an alibi for 4:30AM. So if the feds get any 1 of the 3 in an interrogation room it's basically GGs they can check inactivity vs activity on socials and cross examine whatever you say with people you know. The only thing the killers got going for them Fr is that follio had a variety of opps. If none had a cell phone all they can do is hope no one in they circle tell anyone which is super unlikely. Or if they do happen to get questioned, they don't fold and have a reliable alibi prepared.

Your video shows wrong direction there is only 1 handicap parking spot in CCTV video followed by dash lines on the floor. Also there is no tree at the curb that you’re pointing out. The correct position appears to be at the Home2 parking lot at the begin of “Sarah” You can also see the white outline on extending from the curb where he turns right. CCTV also show cars across from where he turns right, your point of view only shows grass.
