theres nothing wrong with having a casual conversation with someone when you're in a committed relationship. Obviously dont flirt, dont lead them on, dont do the "cheating" things. But if you're out with people, and you meet a guy (or girl) whos the head of a candy factory... I'm not going to ignore and disregard them because they are a hot guy (or girl) and I'm in a relationship... I'm going to have a totally normal conversation with them. Its not cheating, unless you (or they) are being overly flirtatious or any similar quality.
