I'm from America it easy to track someone down because of technology. However in Nigeria it's can be difficult in some areas. Sometimes the law doesn't help the people lot of bribes. I'm happy to see this type of program, trying to help them get Justice. I be in Nigeria soon, I will try to locate this widow with children and be a blessing to her by grace. The Judge has a good heart, God bless her always in Jesus name 🙏

For those wondering why the Judge didn't go against the in-laws, well the plaintiff wasn't suing them. All she wanted was the court to help her find the man who impregnated her and make him provide for his child. The court is not a father Christmas, the court can only grant you reliefs that you seek. Otherwise, the Judge could be accused of descending into the arena of Justice. The lady could go back and sue her in-laws for what is rightfully hers and the court will ensure she gets justice. Kudos to the Justice Court.

This problem is identify to Yoruba an igbo tribe in Nigeria.....I remember what my elder sister went through from her husband family almost immidiately d man died he has not been bury before d whole house scattered....they collect everything an d late husband mama self support her junior kids on how they treat my sister if not for human rights my sister for surffer but she still surfer small o...she an her 4 kids starve for 4yrs before everything settled... wicked people too much for Nigeria abeg

This situation doesn't make sense in terms of that Ayodeji. Immediately you smell trouble from someone, get as much record as you can. And apart from trouble, don't move about with someone you have zero information about, and who nobody around you has zero information about, especially with small children. Are you sure this woman is well? What about that her friend that she told of her pregnancy while they were staying in the uncompleted building? What about the place she followed that man to for a party? What about the woman she used to stay with before that man proposed to help her? Couldn't she have told her about the man so that somebody knows her whereabouts and who she was following to go with? What about the times she saw him, she couldn't pretend general friendship and collect his contact? She couldn't make noise so passersby can witness see this man take his photo he is responsible for my condition etc. She did nothing at all. How could the court proceed to find him?

Why these ladies never take these in-laws to court. This happen all times, widows are always getting hurt.

My friend was with a Nigerian and he died. His family showed up to fight my friend for his possessions. They said she wasn't entitled to anything because they were not married but had a child. Luckily the man had a will where he left everything for the child and her mother.

The heartlessness of many of our people is beyond human comprehension. These in-laws are not human beings; they are of the prehistoric race. Folks that are unfit to be addressed as animals. Judge i disagree with you on this. The husband's family should be arrested immediately and the husband's things reinstated to her and the children. While the court gives support to fish out the other full that impregnated her.

The justice she needs is recovery of her property that was taken from her. Some of these cases are so heart renching.. her in laws have made her and the children homeless

I think it be advisable for the lady to bring the mother in-law to court. she has the legal right over her husband property.

Some people subscribed and watching this channel are based outside of Nigeria... It would be absolutely AMAZING if they put the social media detail's of those victim's so those who want to reach out and help them can help them. There are many African channels on RU-vid who do this too to help vulnerable people. I know because these are court cases its abit different in terms of legality.

She will benefit from a safe structured environment like a women's shelter/ home where she could receive training in life skills ,build her self esteem and self worth and nurturing and support for the next stage of her life. Women, women, women! The family you marry into is more important than even the person you marry! Know this and know peace. I know someone in the same widowhood predicament and the same tribes, yoruba and igbo that it was even the man's siblings that contributed millions for the widow for bussions and they pay for accommodstion and school fees

Judge Funmi, what do you mean she should not put herself in this situation and not get herself in vulnerable situation? The family in-laws made her vulnerable. She was homeless looking for somewhere to start over with two children. She took help from someone. How is she at fault for getting raped? That kind of advice is victim blaming and insensitive.

From her story she was invited for a birthday party by her man friend she can still locate the guy through his friend. And the court should help her recover her late husband properties.
