Actually more like Nancy Nelson. Both of them acted giddy all the time like a kids in a candy store. Joe's earlier infomercials, like this one, not so much. But he really embarrased himself towards end of his infomercial career with his ridiculous over acting imo.
"I bought all these months ago because I saw them all on TV. Last night after midnight, I saw on TV something that can replace all these with their life changing, do it all kitchen gadget"
Lol. I don’t think it’s possible to make a quiet machine with a 1400 watt motor! That’s a LOT of power - I was shocked when they said that. It’s a shame they didn’t have any talented product designers work on this - it’s just so ugly and cheap looking. It looks like something that came from anihC (spelled backwards). I bet it must have been built cheaply too, because they’re only providing a one year warranty for it and 30 day money back guarantee (which you’d never get refunded for the money you need to spend on shipping it each way of course). I have a lifetime warranty on my Vitamix motor.
Joe also hosted another commercial for a hand-cranked food slicer where he said the manual cranking was a benefit to control how good the output slicing is. And here he is selling a motorized version 😂 He did a salad and a snow one with the hand one too! 14:05 He sold a competing pasta maker too!
JOE YOU DIDNT PROOF THE DOUGH JOE IT HAS TO RISE JOE YOU HAVE TO LET THE BREAD DOUGH RISE BEFORE YOU BAKE IT IT'S GONNA BE HARD JOE YOU HAVE TO PROOF IT JOE OH GOD HE CANT HEAR US HE'S GOT 10 KITCHEN CHAMPS RUNNING jokes aside the bread machine takes so long becuase it's kneading the dough and also proofing and baking it. ingredients in turn it on and you dont touch it until you have bread to eat. I miss our bread machine.
Quite, no one just puts bread dough in the oven without proofing it first, and why would it be cheaper than using a bread maker? The ingredient costs would be the same.
@@dillxdough Never? Really? I got the magic bullet, although it was a set sold at Costco (I didn’t order it through the tv’s commercial/phone number). It’s a nifty product that I still use to this day.

So it's a food processor with a liquidiser attachment, and a fairly flimsy looking bowl given the way it flexes when doing the dough. Last time I checked our Philips food processor could do all it can do (except the mincing), plus it has two juicer attachments (citrus and centrifugal) and multiple blades for slicing, chipping and grating. Another bit of a con their using is using the wattage of the motor to define how powerful it is, we don't know the efficiency or HP of the motor so it's a bit meaningless. It's quite expensive too for a lower end machine.
It’s just so ugly and cheap looking. It looks like something that came from anihC (spelled backwards). They should have hired actual product designers that could make it look like a nice higher-end product. I bet it must have been built cheaply too, because they’re only providing a one year warranty for it and 30 day money back guarantee (which you’d never get refunded for the money you need to spend on shipping it each way of course). I have a lifetime warranty on my Vitamix motor. I found it funny that they didn’t mention it at all how much extra it would cost to get the pasta maker attachments/kit in order to use it to create pasta. So they want people to pay $300 plus shipping and handling and then who knows how much extra to get the full package for making pasta with it. And this was obviously made no later than the 90s (since it comes with a VHS tape) - so it isn’t like $300 in today’s money. That’s super cool that your Phillips food processor can do juicing! My Breville I just got can do dicing, but not juicing! I hadn’t heard of any food processors having that capability before. Btw, what did you mean by “chipping?” You mean making snow cones with ice? Lastly, what does HP stand for, regarding the motor?
Watch out for that gummy cheddar cheese folks!!!! Nothing a knife., Chopping board and a manual grater can't handle! You could feed 100s of people with that device!!!
What a weird device wich you not only could stand up upright but also sideways to fubction like a food processor rather then onlly being a blender or mixer etc,,, And about that milling rock, i don’t believe that this is possible with suck blades inside.
Dude... the thing that made me want to cry about this infomercial is how much more food prices are today in comparison to whenever this aired. Inflation is so out of control right now, and we have our shite gov’t to thank for that, obviously.
Anyone ever seen Joe's adult diaper infomercial? Joe: " this thing has AMAZING load capacity. You can take a massive poop in it, and everything will be held in place. It even locks in odor! No one will ever know you've got a big, stinky, steamy log in your trousers!

(Edit: I just saw the end of the video… they’re only providing a one year warranty for it and 30 day money back guarantee - which you’d never get refunded for the money you need to spend on shipping it each way of course. I have a lifetime warranty on my Vitamix motor! They must have built this machine very cheaply with such a crap warranty for an expensive product). 7:36 That "mmm" is sarcastic! Don't give in to all the "experts" that don't want you to eat unhealthy stuff! You can still have it, just don't go nuts! I joined slimming world 3 years ago, and lost 5 & 1/2 stones (77lbs)
