The Mando went full Batman, always go full Batman. and "baby Yoda" is quicker and quite smarter than most think, he was getting Zero to chase a bit after him on purpose.. a good distraction.

Other than Dave Filoni as the X-Wing pilot, that was Matt Lanter (Anakin Skywalker from The Clone Wars) as the New Republic Captain that the bounty hunters killed.

The mandalorian vs droids sequence is creatively amazing, and that devil guy still alive after got crush by door is impressive 😂😂

Dave was in it and then I cried with happiness. It was the best kind of meta you could use. Perfection guys.

After episode 5 I was starting to worry that the show might be loosing that little something, but this episode kicked it up again! Also Dave Filoni as a pilot just made me fall on the floor laughing. What a legend! :D

The female X-Wing pilot was Deborah Chow

All three of the X-wing pilots were played by directors of the series: Filoni, Famuyiwa (who directed this episode), and Deborah Chow.

Enjoyed this episode alot and appreciate what they are doing. Interesting that this didn't "advance the plot" but no one is complaining. They can do anything at this point, and I trust these creative forces on this project. Enjoy the ride.

That first Alien we see in the cell when they enter the ship. Doesn't that look like the Pilot that flew for Woody Harrelson's crew in "Solo"?

Good eh? Richard Ayoade who played the droid pilot is a like a British version of Taika Waititi! Hes an actor /writer / Director who always plays roles in a dead pan manner. Hes in 'The Watch' with Ben Stiller. Two more to go... Another fab video guys!

It was cool to see another actor from "Game Of Thrones", Natalia Tena (who played the Wildling Osha, and was also Nymphedora Tonks in the "Harry Potter" movies) ...never mind Clancy Brown and Bill Burr! The cameos of the three directors as X-Wing pilots was just the icing on the cake! Loved this episode, as all the others!

yes 5'6 directors have now had cameos, 3 were x wing pilots, dave (whose character was called trapper wolf) , debra chow, and the blac guy cant think of his name, john favareu was the heavy mandalorian and tycko wahiti was IG-11. only one who hasnt had a cameo yet is ep4 director

Filoni made a cameo as a New Republic pilot at the end of the episode. Was that Natalia Tena (Tonks in Harry Potter) as that nasty mercenary whose brother didn't give a toss about her?

I loved Natalia Tena, she really played it up, and the make up really hid her

I really liked this one top to bottom and I love both of you and your points of view in positive ways Baby Yoda OMG so cute and Mando is so hot!!!! This series is taking the thunder away from The Rise of Skywalker .

The previous episode didn't impressed me, but this one take my favor. Specially the make up and the special effects department did a perfect example!

After last 2 average chapters The Mandalorian gets back on track, my favourite so far. The Mando kicked ass & left prisoners. This was kinda style I was expecting from The Mandalorian tv show from off. Got some Alien, Alien 3, Alien Resurrection feels to this ch. Recognised Richard Ayoade voice, Star Wars animated alumni Matt Lanter & Clancy Brown. Filoni, Chowe, Famuyiwa X-Wing pilots was nice touch. Twi'lek got on my nerves with all hissing made her look like Twi'lek vampire.

Clancy here looks like Hank from Breaking Bad.

It’s serialized tv which means every episode has its own story. What are you not understanding about that.

Everyone in the comments section are impressed but I am not. This episode was better then the last 3 that’s about it. Meaningless characters on a “5” man job that just needs a Pilot and mando utilizing some ninja skills. Mando hardly spoke to the other characters and they did absolutely nothing to make the job easier. In the beginning he was talking to the fat dude and they apparently went way back. I’m saying to myself “yes!” Some backstory!!! But nope. Nothing much. Just a hint he did some bad stuff. He’s a mandolorian bounty hunter. Doing bad ass shit is in his DNA. They could have atleast told us why he left the group or put dude in jail. What made him become a bounty hunter with a heart of gold all of sudden? Refusing to kill and letting a red horned nobody with no history with him disrespect him bluntly on his own ship? Talking shit is one thing but putting his hands on his helmet to take it off? Instant blaster to the face. Let everyone know he takes that mandolorian shit serious. Early! But nah he just grabs his hands and engages a in small melee that in turn exposes baby yoda. He goes on a mission with the dude sister he put in jail. Mando and her could have atleast argued about that situation so we know something about his past with these people and why they matter to the developing story or this episode atleast. Disney has access to all the lore that Lucas created. Mandolorian history is very rich and interesting so is the life of a bounty hunter. Two great ingredients that has been barely touched on in six episodes. He can’t do bounties cuz he is out the guild and on the run and he barely has any dialogue. Even when there are 4 other characters on a mission with him and one of them has history with him. This shit would be better if he solo’d the rest of the series with baby yoda and give his flashbacks of his past while he flies through space shooting and killing his way to wherever his final destinations is. Cuz he ain’t telling us shit. O yea he doesn’t kill people only droids. What kind of racist bullshit is that? They are self aware and can make decisions based on free will and have personality. He pulls guns every droid that even comes close to him but let’s everyone else disrespect him on his ship and even grab his helmet? All that being said I’m still gonna watch it and hope it gets better cuz the potential is there. I want to like it because the concept and ingredients are just waiting to be used properly. Disney missed the mark so far by making him so soft on “organics” and nothing meaningful to say. Plus baby Yoda is 50 and he can’t speak either?!! Fine make him look like a baby but if u want us to believe hes been kicking around for 50 years he could have atleast picked up a couple of words. Or speak with his mind through the force or some shit. Has he been under a rock by himself the past 50 years? What’s his story? Episode one and two are fine but this should have been episode three giving us a little back story with mando former group. The big question is why do I still like this show somewhat? Cuz mandalorion bounty hunters are badass and I want to see him do some badass shit. Kind of like old king fu movies 90% have the same old revenge plot with no real story or development. But who cares? I want to see the acrobatic and Kung fu skills of those actors which have little to no acting skills. (Not all are like this) but u get what I’m saying. This is where this show is going. A bad ass character with no interesting story to really engage us and make us excited to see what happens next episode. This shouldn’t be the case. They have so much material to pull from engaging should be oozing from this shit. Ugh, thank u reading my rant. Like or respond to this if u feel the same or share ur 2 cents on why I’m wrong. Let’s debate this cuz I’m disappointed. This shit was a let down like GOT season 8 but I feel like I’m the only one who sees it..

This show starts to annoy me, there isn't enough story progression, each episode since 1st feels like a side story, but nothing ever gets resolved.
