Cream of coconut is a great substitute for sweetened condensed milk, leaving you with a hint of tropical flavor. It's dairy-free and can be substituted cup for cup but I’ve never really had it like that to be honest
I made some Rum and raisin ice cream last night for the police women Dem , but mine came out flat,😩 what did I do wrong. I use the organic Walmart heavy whipping cream not the cheap kind
Probably didn't whip long enough. Fold the raisin mix in don't fold it. Make sure everything is full fat. Drain the raisins when you take it out the rum.
