this is so random and im sorry for that, but out of nowhere at ten pm on a tuesday, i remembered the guy whose mario maker videos i used to watch obsessively and constantly 7 years ago, right after my dad died. i was seeking comfort at the time and for some reason, mario maker videos became my go-to, despite never playing the game or even being into mario at all. i couldn't remember who it was i watched so i just started scouring youtube tonight and i found you again. this was a hit of unbelievable comfort that i needed so badly tonight. im so thrilled that you're still making mario maker videos and im gonna actually sub this time so i don't lose you again

If this series continues long enough it's eventually going to end in a defeat right at the castle, probably via Thwomp or shell jump shenanigans. I'm not proud of the ugly laugh I'll have when that happens.

An alternative challenge for this (or maybe super expert) could be "Keep it hundred". The rule being that you must complete every level with 100 lives. You can die up to 3 times in a stage, as long as you also collect that many 1-ups.

Mario truly is Super if he can hold himself up by just his big toe and not fall into a pit.

Just remember: every bad lvl 1 start could be your tragic lvl 16 demise

I think what I like the most about this mode is that every moment matters. You end most 100 man runs with like 80+ lives at this point so you have a ton of room for error. Either it's impossible or it's not and you just do it. But Survival Expert, every single input could end the run or make it go just a little further and that's fascinating and intense in a way I never thought your videos could be.

Please please keep these golden 1 life expert runs going. They should become a staple of the channel. Legitimately riveting.

We need another series: Ryu getting Ryu-venge on all the levels he dies on in this challenge. IDK if he saved all the levels he died on, but someone should maybe post him the level codes if he didn't.

As someone who lives in the UK, I'm not sure why I'd ever need a bulletproof vest. Also, I find it ironic that you won't play Splatoon because of bloopers.

Those of you looking to buy body armor clothing. Make sure you do your research before hand. It's important to identify what level of protection you are wanting. The protection rating determines what caliber round and velocity the vest can stop. They are classified as level 1, 2, 3, 3+, and 4. Level 3 and above are where you start seeing rifle protection. There are also difference in soft and hard body armor. So be aware of the different types and their use cases. Not all vests are created equally. Educate yourself, get the level of protection to make you comfortable, and be safe. Most importantly, have realistic expectations for what the vest can do along with advance planning for what to do in emergencies. The tools don't make the talent so to speak.

I just had interesting thought, what if theres sorta in middle, you can die, but you must beat level and still have 100 lives at end. IE if you die 4 times you simply cannot recover. If 3 deaths, you must have 3 1ups.

So, my son and I were talking the other day about this challenge, we love it BTW. We were watching you play some of the levels and wished we could see you finish ones you have died on. Like, get 15ish minutes worth of the challenge, but then use the rest of the video to try and complete the levels you died on. Just a thought. Maybe others have suggested the same. Anyway, love the videos and streams, keep up the fun!!
