I recently had a family member (who was previously normal) go through a debilitating manic episode, to the point where he ran barefoot into the woods and hid for eight hours straight during the day. He’s alright now, but not the same. His mania was triggered by a project he was doing that was clearly stressing him out, and he acted very similarly to Niall. This, excited, almost childlike, very emotional, expressive, and impulsive disposition is essentially the main symptom we saw. This dude should have been stopped long ago. He isn’t mentally healthy.

That's the issue, the potential market of people on earth who could possibly buy this house is soo small, and of that limited clientele... which of those billionaires would WANT to live in this place?
