My mom's friend was on the show and she was paid to be on it bc almost nobody showed up to apply. She was also encouraged to be catty and bicker w the other girls. It was pretty funny except for some of the gross kissing scenes.

I'm super into pro wrestling so I wanted to look up Brett Paradise and see if this was all faked, but nope! looks like he wrestled from 2002 to 2009 mostly in a Pennsylvania indy called Championship Wrestling Federation where he was their hardcore champion, which basically means he won a lot of rougher, bloody matches. Good for him!

Two twins, one chick, 7 seasons of them telling their kids each ep. about all the lying, manipulating, oreoing on the dance floor, and tearing each other down they did with their mom, and how they are both responsible for 1 of the 2 kids, and then the final season is the big reveal that mom's in jail for using meth again, because dammit, she just can't deal with all the fighting anymore...

To answer the groundhog question around 6:50ish, yes Punxsutawny Phil is "the groundhog" for groundhog day. It's a bit under 2 hours from the Pittsburgh area. I've never been out there myself but they do a whole like, day long festival for it 😂
