I remember when I was new to the game and cheesed my way to the top with op swadian knights. I just let them charge blindly everytime on an open field, it was always a free win even if we were outnumbered 3:1. My first siege with 120 Knights vs Etrosk castle, Same tactic and boi did we get slaughtered.

I actually like the Rhodoks. They have some of the best looking clothing/armor in the game.

Bro when you get those Rodok sergeants and 20-25 Veteran crossbow men you are almost invincible. I nearly took a castle with 50 men against 150-200 opposition but my party ran out of food so it was a failure but I haven't had as much fun as I did with the Rodoks

I remember when I first saw how strong Rhodok's were on defense. I had just taken my first castle by myself, and was feeling pretty good. Left a small garrison and left. Almost immediately it was besieged. So I ride back and find about 300-400 men. Including the garrison, I have about 100. "Fuck it." I decide. I go and join the defenders. If I'm losing it, I'm taking some bastards with me. It also my first siege defense, and I had heard Rhodoks were good defenders. We slaughtered then. I don't remember our loses, but it wasn't all that many. Cut to a bit later, and my elite force has grown by about 20 men, but most of them are maxed quality. I want a town, and knowing how easily I've been taken castles, I thought a town would be doable. So we ride up to a Sarranid town in Khergit land that has a bunch of Rhodok troops guarding it, including sharpshooters. I didn't realise this until the battle started. This time, we were slaughtered. All my men, veteran troops, lay dead at the bottom of a ladder.

I dont know a single thing about this game but this is some quality content my dude gj ;)

I’m currently doing my first real Mount and Blade playthrough, after choosing Rhodoks, we’ve destroyed all of Swadia, moved the Nords all the way to Sarranid where they’re constantly fighting for terrain, and we’ve taken half of the vaegir kingdom and have already taken Halmar and Narra from Khergits Tl;dr Rhodoks rule

I have an idea when doing veagirs experience, go raid a village with low amount of troops (3-6) and the villagers will attack you. When they charge you with rocks just play the USSR anthem, it looks so glorius. "The fight of the workers for freedom"

My first time playing Warband, with no prior experience to the game other than a few videos, I decided to join the Rhodoks. We wiped the Swadians from the map in my first month, then proceeded to move onto the Nords. Lost that savegame a long while back, but still remember it fondly.
