With all due respect, I would like to clarify at what point of the product usage are you talking about? If you're talking about the leak proof feature then that's fine. But if you're talking about the stick-on feature, I don't think the product would be useful to them. 😊

About the incline test. I think I could disagree on that one. One of my roommates has one of those and he, myself included, sticks it to cabinet doors with ease. We even swing our cabinet doors open with that stuck on its doors. We even tried it on walls.

I was hoping you guys would test if it’s easy to drink from. I have a grandparent that’s struggling with dementia. He feels emasculated when he can’t hold his own cup. It's not supposed to stick to carpet. You use in on a smooth, clean, non-porous surface. Also, won't work on a tablecloth or workbench littered with sawdust. It has a kind of suction cup on the bottom, and suction cups tend to not work on surfaces like carpet or cloth.

I don't know about the bar ware but the mug (the metal one) detaches easily when you want to drink. I DO recommend making sure that the surface is clean, smooth and non-porous. I do put it down with a little bit of a force to make sure it works. But that's definitely worth it when you want to drink something around stuff (paper, books, whatever) that shouldn't be soaked in coffee.
