The little girl suffered so much before her death.

How do people get this sick and this cruel it amazes and frightens me that they walk around us

Killing a child like that. They are despicable people.

Skeptical that drug money had anything to do w it, sounds like the little girl was their target all along and just wanted excuses to kill the family especially if they’d been molesting her prior. Other killers/kidnappers have done the same

I knew Chad and his brothers and sisters. Went to school with them. I still am very good friends with his sister. Billy was a horrible person his whole life. His kids hid their abuse well in school. We had suspicions, but to my knowledge, no one ever spoke about it. Chad came to my house a few times bringing my friend to birthday parties. It still makes my skin crawl to know this person was in my home. None of Billy or Chad’s family have any contact with them, and try to avoid thinking or speaking about them. I’ve always wanted to bring this case to someone to cover. The victims need to be remembered. Thank you for that. Edited to add Also, the second oldest son, Jason, was also arrested for the murders, spent time in jail, but was ultimately released.

Thank you for sharing this poor family's story with us. Until today, I had never heard any mention of this case, and it deeply disturbs me how crimes of this nature have become so frequent and commonplace that the news media is unable to shed light on but just a small fraction of the numbers of homicide cases that plague our communities on a daily basis. The full extent of the amount of suffering, horror, brutality and injustice suffered by so many families around us is unfathomable when we take into account the thousands upon thousands of stories similar to that of the Elliots' that fail to receive mention on the evening news. I am deeply and saddened and enraged by the unimaginable degree of terror, pain, and savagery the Elliot family endured at the hands of those barbaric monsters, and I sincerely pray that the mother, father and both children may finally be able to heal and find peace and joy wherever it is they now reside in spirit. Thank you once again for sharing their story with us and helping to keep their memory alive. As they no longer have a voice, it is up to us to help protect and maintain their honor by being a voice for them and ensuring that justice is indeed carried out.

This is a super sad case the mother and young girl suffered needlessly. I appreciate you bringing this story to light as I've never heard of it before. Really makes one wonder how people so dangerous and callous are walking the streets hiding in plain sight.

I knew Carl in the early 90's. I worked with Billy Green too (different places). Billy was absolutely obnoxious.

Scummy people. Glad it did not work out when they manipulated the Court. I think they were both involved.

I like how you report facts not so opinionated bc true crime is horrific. You save your thoughts to the end which I appreciate. Another awesome vid 👍 The best channel on RU-vid! This one was a reminder to me of a couple things. There are so many depraved people it seems. And the little ones, the only true innocents, pay the heaviest price. Drugs, mental illness, and violence. It has run through my blood and extended family for generations. My brother and his wife lived in rural Washington State. Her brother was extremely bi polar, and a drug addict. He didn't have access to the wonderful new drugs they have now for bi polar. Meth, in small doses actually helps. But the doses never stay small !He and some friends stopped by in a pickup truck at my brother's place. He went out to greet them, and see what they were up to. As they talked. My brother noticed the truck bed was full of trash. And a rolled up carpet. In the bottom of the carpet roll, he noticed the bottom of a pair of tennis shoes. He was a retired Firefighter and Paramedic from Seattle. He had literally, seen it all. He said "ill get us some sodas". In the house, he asked his wife to call LE and then hide upstairs. He kept everyone calm until the Sherrifs rolled up. Thank god no one pulled guns. Turns out several of the friends were wanted for murder. They had killed that lady the day before, and literally, forgot about it. It's known as a meth blackout. Your up and moving, but the brain shuts down. Thank you Ash for a reminder of the darker side. This last couple years with the isolation, and less access to care, has been just awful for folks struggling with addiction and mental illness. Once again thanks for the escape to Under The Ash Tree !

I believe the first story the son told to get the plea deal. It totally fit the aftermath crime scenes. What monsters both are.

I am so very tired of these "police officers" who get a disturbance call, go to the location and ~ don't see or hear anything, can't get the gate open, can't see anything through the windows, don't think there's an issue, etc. It is their job and duty to investigate and make sure that the disturbance didn't end in harm or murder. What is wrong with them?

I agree. The prosecution played it smart. Billy's testimony about his son threw the gun at his face, and it went off, does not match with Allen being shot twice. Glad to see Chad did not want to testify against his father a second time because now he has life sentences instead of 40 years.

How can people be soon deprived and evil to commit such acts? It's bad enough to kill grown people. But to Torture and rape and murder children. Can you help me find out the story behind my great aunt and uncle's murder in KY back in the 80's their names are Ida and Marcus Singleton the story I've heard was there son killed them for $40.00 and didn't tell anyone what he had done, and I'm not sure who found them but the son was suppose to have stabbed them both to death

One of the most horrific stories I have ever heard. This one disturbed me immensly. I wonder if there is a go fund me or donation set up for the surviving family members? I think that might be the missing link to some of your videos as then it becomes a call to action when things so disgusting occur in life, rather than just sharing the gruesome details of a story. Just a suggestion..

This kind of crime deserves more than the death penalty. Medieval torture might begin to approximate justice. Maybe something like pulling their lungs out through their noses one at a time while alive. They are the lowest kind of subhuman trash.

Hopefully someone in prison will bring justice to them.

Neither Chad or Billy should be breathing air. Not administering the death penalty swiftly is an affront to God and His law. Civil rights require civility and neither of those men qualify. Justice was in no wise served here.
