The thing you have to remember, is that they probably have several people that they are stalking and keeping tabs on.

This is where I am at in life. I was so far out of the narcissists league and I left him. He CANNOT get over it. He stalks me, drives past my job, calls me from blocked numbers. I lost out on nothing, I won by walking away from that insanity.

I married my Narc Wife with 3 kids with 2 different men, GED, working for a temp service and behind on her rent. I believed her victim mentality that every man in her past was no good. I was a Super Emphath thinking I can save the world and this woman just need someone to really love her. Her pain became my pain but I felt it 100 times more times than she did. I married her, put her and her kids in a home in beautiful neighborhood with a lake, we had several cars and money was not an issue. But like a text book narc she couldn't handle a boring married stable life. My shine worn off because I was discipline with my money, I love to tidy up the house and I kept an immaculate lawn. She would brag about her home and love to compare it to her friends, but didn't do none of the work but simultaneously degrade those who live in the ghetto projects. Which I found to be hypocritical. During our 8 year marriage I suffered from mental, physical and sexual abuse. After all I have done for her and her kids I have had my life threaten, my job in jeopardy, and was on the verge of losing my mind. She started cheating on me with a married man on her job and basically flaunted in my face. I was at the lowest point in my life, I lost 25 pounds in 2 weeks, my mother was crying every day for me and I was on the verge of having a mental break down. Then one day it just hit me like a ton bricks. I woke up and said "no more". I pointed in her face and told her that I am leaving and I am never ever coming back. I moved back in with my parents and started the divorce process. She would come to my parents house late at night and early in the morning and acting ghetto in front of every one. She would show up at my job with the same ghetto mentality it was embarrassing. I went to divorce court and of course she tried to break me she ask for everything and wanted me to pay all court cost including her lawyer. it felt like a nightmare. Finally talking to one of my Church sisters, she gave me the best advice. She said give her everything and walk away. She said that I really don't want the material possessions I just don't want here to have it. When I thought about she was right and I walked in the court room and gave here everything and I went home and went to sleep. Here is the ironic part, within 5 years she been with multiple men, has lost everything including the beautiful home and now she lives in those same projects that she used to degrade. Karma!!!

We should all be careful thinking “Grade A supply” is a good thing.. it just means you were the easiest to manipulate.

After 2 months of ABRUPT no contact(only form of communication is my email that forwards her mail to my junk file and a WiFi texting app) I stopped getting the nice emails and got a “Are you really not going to talk to me ever again?!!” and the “I’ve never felt so dehumanized..” Yeah right.. cry me a river and sail away in it please.

I dont want to be categorized as grade A supply for anyone. Once my Narcissist found new supply and realized i wont play the game. I was so happy. They still hoover every now and then but realized im not good supply due to limited to no contact 👍. I love it.

I believe when they leave you alone completely that means they know you are no longer a doormat. Grade A Supply is someone who is a doormat. Once you stand up for yourself and keep your stance they will leave you alone because they'll move on and hook another victim. When the mask falls off it's not pretty.

I was beyond grade A source to the ex narcissist. I have had zero contact and have no idea where the narcissist is. According to him he never needed me and never Will...so I wish him the best. I just got out of a female narcissist friendship cant go back there either! Theres a lot of narcs out there...its way to draining!! I dont have that much blood to give!! Going through this now...he calls every now and again after he's had his liquid courage...I can't get over you...I can't stop comparing...nobody can replace you...you left me...you gave up on me...blah blah blah... I wasted 17 years of my life with this demon. Only with the Lord's help was I able to get away. 3 1/2 years later I am still in recovery but I love the place that I'm in now.

The way he describes this ...is like when a junkie get a pure form of coke or heroine and one tries to get high from a cut or stepped on less pure form it won't beat the high they got from the grade a drug....they go into withdrawals...trying to chase that grade a high they got from you

I am going through this, literally as we speak. I have been discarded time after time, only for him to always come back with NO apology and no remorse. There is never a conversation to be held to discuss what happened. Well, I've done some inner healing and decided I love myself more than to be repeatedly disrespected. Yes, he is calling, texting, even emailing. The old me wants badly to respond, only because I am so used to accommodating his needs, which is to see me comply whenever he is on the scene. A response, even one of "What do you want?" or "I don't want to talk" is a message that i am at least INTERESTED in engaging in communication, which is just another invitation to come back in. So for now, it is still no contact, and it is more for ME, not him.

THIS is the best revenge on the narcissist. The Grade A supply healing, moving on and finding someone better who can actually love or even care for the Grade A supply is the absolute best “karma” for the narc. And that’s how it should be. It will make them sick and miserable to see the Grade A move on. And that’s the perfect, poetic ending to the Narc. The best revenge is for the narc to live a long time watching their former Grade A get better and move on; it means the narc will disintegrate own their own without anyone’s help. They have no staying power or ability to maintain their old, former comfort level on their own.

I am being stalked by my whole neighborhood right now. My best friend thought I was lying until she saw it. I wouldn't be surprised if she was stalking me on RU-vid. I warned my friend that if we walked by her house she would do something to me. Her seeing me with my friend was the ultimate narcissistic injury. My friend knew the narc from childhood and got the hell away from her because she is crazy as hell. In the narcs twisted mind, she thinks I'm the reason the girl stopped dealing with her. She met someone with their own personality and thoughts. She is a loser and anyone dealing with her will lose.

I laughed when the ex narc of mine pulled the last straw and sent me a friend request in the only place he could find me - on RU-vid. I ended up changing my name on here but thought wow, this is an all-time newfound level of desperation! They literally look for you on all social media platforms.

Sad thing is they always destroy the things they crave. My ex aware his destructive behaviour somehow. He told me he spent too much money on meaningless stuffs, he pushes people away because his behaviour, but he couldn’t control himself. After 20 years of being so in love with him , and being so abused , I feel so wonderful to be free ; like life has begun again by not have any feeling toward him whatsoever. I just feel he has no idea of how abusive he was. And he definitely is out of reality when he says after 2 years of no contact that he is more in love with me now than ever. He also Hoover's by saying that he can't understand why I gave up all those years because of one mistake. Does he really not understand all the other abuse he dealt out?

I cut mine off blocked and deleted him. I have no social media and he tried to Hoover me 4 months later on an email account I forgot to block him on. Hahaha pathetic it must have drove him crazy that he didn’t have any way to keep tabs on me.

Oh, There was an old narc that ran up on me last summer. He tried to get violent because he had no play and I had to pull that thang out and he fled with pants falling down to his knees as he ran the other way.

Too bad for them that when they had us they didn't appreciate us. Mine has attempted to reach out but that door closed the day I had him evicted... I know he thought he would be able to come back. I am now happily married and so happy to be Narc Free. But the Narc I dealt with also reached out to old supply while we were together... some entertained him and other's didn't respond like me... I can only imagine how many lives he damaged over the years. Fortunately I came across your videos and that helped me get through the discard.... even though I put him out.. it helped me understand what I was dealing with. Yes, the narc that was in my life has started his stalking again. Phone calls with no one there, fake profiles on FB trying to friend me. All sorts of things,I know its him. I've moved on. Moved to a new house. My energy is spent on ME;) it is crazy why they cant let go. I've changed jobs, moved, and blocked anyone associated with this guy. It's an uneasy feeling that he is lurking around the corner. Trust and believe they will stalk you for years.

This experience of having myself mirrored by someone I was ready to be with for my life and then suddenly discarded… it turned me from a boy into a man. I’ve built my business higher, I now box, have a 6 pack, work on my craft every day, ready 100 pages a day give or take… sometimes pain saves your life. UPDATE: I’ve kicked it into even higher gear. This pain saved me. And it can save you, too, if you just fucking dig deep!

If they are getting more from the new supply ( money, attention, compliance, etc.) than they were receiving from the old supply, then will they no longer be obsessive over the old supply?

Although I always felt lesser than in my nearly 30 year long relationship with the narc, I realize now that I was grade A supply. To date, he blames me for the end of our marriage even though he was the one that cheated on me numerous times. What or how he feels, or what he thinks of me is none of my concern. Today, after three years, he is utterly miserable. Seems like Karma has paid him a visit.

This video is truly amazing and describes what I'm going through with exnarc realizing that I'm never coming back. He will never find another like me and I'll be amazed if he finds another to love him the way I did. Not to say this is impossible but it is hard to find true quality grade A supply for narcissists and it is hard to find decent people for empaths.

When, he tries to have a forced hoover with me(store, gas station, drive by), I look at this dude and "no contact" keeps it moving! Quinn you are right. I experienced it with my Nex. She discarded me for someone in another country. That supply was not at all what she had imagined, not even 10% of what I was. She asked so many times for forgiveness, telling me she has made the biggest mistake in her whole life....bla, bla, bla. Directly and indirectly she made many attempts to find out if I would take her back. She could not take the fact that I moved on so quickly, without looking or asking for her and completely detached from her. Yes, as you mentioned they cannot digest this and remain stuck thinking about the loss of their great A-supply!

When you read The Bible and get yourself in a positive mode of living, you will really see what kind of demonic, sad, lost individuals these people are! I've canceled a few of them and my spirit is clean, clear of dark heaviness and I stay busy working, eating healthy, keep company with positive like-minded individuals who don't have time to gossip, spread negativity, or beg and borrow. Just a week ago this begging, broke narc I cut off was walking across the street from my building. I kindly closed my curtains and went about my business when I noticed it was her walking past. (She stalks because she does this with others who canceled her off, she use to tell me how she would see their lights off in their window and wonder where they could be) Sick, lost puppy!

I thought I'd never be able to detach but I managed. I survived the hundreds of hooverings and left. I told him not to contact me in any form nor to stalk me as he used to even when we were together, because I'd call the police. A month has passed and he hasn't tried to contact me. Amazing. Not like him at all. You say they always return. I so much hope not.....

This is exactly what I’m dealing with right now I have told him multiple times it’s over I hired an attorney, got custody of my daughter and he wakes up every day expecting me just to fall back in his arms like none of this happened it’s in sane how delusional they are and how they push you away at that and when you react become obsessed? I can attest to the truths in this video. I divorced my BPD narc demon ex over five years ago and have since remarried, and he uses our daughter to check in on me and control me. He had tried moving on and the supply wasn’t good enough. So he’s been single again, and he’s obsessed always stalking me without my knowing. You are correct. Even though they pretend they’ve moved on, they still obsess over the supply even when it seems quiet, they’re just stalking you.

I think any time that you’re really grade A, is if you have the complete package - accept their bullshit, do anything and everything they want and giving them money, etc. Otherwise, everyone is replaceable in their eyes.
