Can you imagine if everyone stopped being empathetic just because it wasn't reciprocated... Personally, I love narcissists. They keep me on my toes and if not for the living nightmare I experienced-- let me put it this way, I'm FAR stronger (mentally, physically, and even spiritually--not religious, baahhhhh-raaaam-you!) and happier due to all that unnecessary suffering that turned out to be very necessary in the end, and now I see it as a lesson that was very much needed and I'm a much better person because of it. I didn't like the weakling that was destroyed anyway and even if I didn't survive, which I nearly didn't, I would almost see it as a mercy killing. Shit happens for a reason and I now see the most painful experince of my life as a blessing. When going through hell...KEEP GOING!

Geesh, and l thought l had it bad. l too cannot fully understand this jealousy aspect, though l suspected it long before l discovered these videos. I guess in time that penny will drop. After a lifetime of wife beatings, derogatory name-calling, blackmail and lies, my dad is very successful and super rich, so how is he jealous of me? I lived s carefree life as a professional gardener in London, doing gardens at embassies and for some rock stars. During lockdown, l kept busy beautifying his garden, till he yelled at me that l should spend all day sitting in front of a computer, learning stuff, like him. (He knows l hate computers, and don't even know how to switch one on.) I walked away from him two years ago, and haven't seen him again. I was 56 years old, and he still tried to tell me how to live. I can only pray for him.

I'm 36 years suffering this abuse and was cruelly discarded seven months ago. I tried so hard to make my marriage work but he took and gave nothing. Still working through the trauma bond and betrayal. We are no longer victims, we are survivors and I believe we WILL be ok but it's going to take time. They try to break us but I refuse to stay broken. Keep educating yourself and growing through your pain - God is there with us and we grow closer to Him in the wilderness. I KNEW she would be trouble when I met her - but her pity play hooked me. I though just help her with a few things & send her on her way. Within 2 weeks she had taken over my life & introduced me to people as her BEST FRIEND. FvCK!!!! I took so much abuse form her. Normal people wouldn't allow that. These critters actually are our teachers bc the things we allow them to do to us & the fallout with the smear campaign pushes ALL our buttons. Each button needs replacing.

Made fast friends with my BPD mother. So sneaky and so unbelievably mean! You are so right, we learn a huge lesson and that lesson will keep showing up until we get it! If hosts of Angels were prodding, hinting & guiding, to get out, I was blind. Foundation of the issue was being the Scapegoat to a BPD/NPD mother. I was hard wired to take care of these people at my own expense, like my persona depended on it.

Hi Richard ... Soooo glad to hear you got out - our Father was not so Lucky : ( He met & married (due to her insistency) after 9 months of dating. Our Dad was was ''hesitant'' to marry so quickly (she was love bombing him 24/7 of course) but due to her ''I really want to be married - but if you can't commit, I'll start dating other men etc'' he went through w/ it. Total mistake - as I'm sure you can relate. Within 2 months of the Wedding Day, the ''party was over'' ... she was like night & day and totallly 'took over' ALL areas of our Dads life (financial, all relationships w/ friends, family, business, all banking decisions, the investments etc) : ( Long story short, he remained married to her for 19 lonnnng years (we believe mostly out of feeling stuck & pride as he would not admit he made a big mistake etc) He died 2 years ago ill-health ridden, zombie like at times, a total wimpy-guy (he was not like this when they met). She took everything from my brother & I, we were left with almost nothing $$, not even given a chance to have an old sweater of his as a memory etc ~ Anyways, stay strong Robert !! There are those who some call "soul less" but I call them “spiritless”, and those (in the minority now) who are endowed with the “divine spark”, or "divine spirit". The "spiritless" among us do have some kind of soul energy by virtue of being alive, but their soul is not imbued with a higher spark of true sentience and self-awareness. The spiritless among us make up the overwhelming majority of people on the planet. They are selfish, egotistical, mundane, superficial, narcissistic, and often occupy their time with stupid trivial bullshit. You will notice, if you’ve spent any time around these people, that there is something very important inside that seems to be missing. They exhibit a flat, dull energy. There is no depth within them. They tend towards extroverted and social behavior to make up for the vacuity within themselves. Their emotional and intellectual centers are dull and seem to be underdeveloped like a toddler. Their behavior is not much different than an animals, like sheep, donkeys or goats. They spend their entire lives in this state of underdevelopment and exhibit no capacity for evolution or desire to change their shitty behavior, because they see nothing wrong with it. Their narcissistic tendencies will leave you feeling drained of energy as they soak up every drop of attention in the room like a black hole. Energy vampires, for lack of a better term. The dull conscious energy embodying one spiritless being is the same dull conscious energy that is embodying all the other spiritless beings; there is very little uniqueness or individuality among them. And if you have a soul, you will not fit in. You will be the "black sheep" among them. Notice how they all have the same dull flat energy, even the "extroverted" ones and their ridiculous childish behavior continues well into the late stages of life. They are all plugged into the same collective hive mind. And if you’re not in their club you will find yourself silently exiled. They lack individuality, independent thinking, and are strongly biased toward holding a herd mentality. They lack comprehension of anything beyond the material sphere of the five senses.There is a certain simplicity, flatness, and inertness to their essence, even if their intellects are highly developed. Unlike other people, their conscious energy is more diffuse, dull, impermanent, and amorphous rather than solid, sparkling, crystallized, and concentrated. Put another way, their minds are like sand castles instead of real castles. There is something animalistic and rudimentary piloting their bodies. It seems they have conscious awareness just as plants and animals do, but not conscious self-awareness as humans are supposed to have. Only after getting burned again and again through out my entire life, did I finally realize some humans are of a "different type of seed." They are acting fully in accordance with their spiritless, narcissistic, predatory nature. This is especially true of the psychopathic "elite" who run this prison planet; they cannot be rehabilitated, made to see the error of their ways, or convinced through appeals to empathy. Naive people who think everyone is equally "good" inside will keep rationalizing and taking the abuse, but those with higher understanding will recognize the warning signs of futility and save themselves the trouble. In a nutshell: our entire lives are governed by those without compassion for the living. On the other hand, those who have been endowed with the "divine spirit" will show signs of higher intuition, creativity and emotional capabilities. They have a "heart", a "higher self", and therefore have a capacity for love and empathy for others as well as greater emotional intelligence. They will not suck the life out of you when you are around them, as they get fulfillment and energy from within themselves. They exude a warm positive energy, and most importantly have the capacity for spiritual growth, or liberation from this shit world. The parable of the wheat and the tares from Mathew 13:24 is an apt metaphor for the two types of souls on this planet. The wheat being the humans with spirit, or the "good seed", and the spiritless are the tares, or the "weeds among the wheat". The tare is a weed that looks exactly like the wheat, and is identical in all aspects, except that it does not bear grain like wheat does and can make you sick if you eat it. I believe this is what we are dealing with and is the reason why most humans are horrible creatures not worth your time and energy. There doesn't seem to be any other explanation for their shitty behavior, or their state of arrested development. Its a sad state of affairs. It’s like they’re all plugged into the same damn collectivist hive mind and they all subconsciously know you are not one of them. They will unconsciously waste your time and drain your energy. My kind and loving spirit, has repeatedly been battered and smashed by people around me. Been shit on my whole life by family, coworkers and friends who don’t give a shit about anything but themselves. Would destroy the lives of people that care about them without a second thought if it benefitted them in some way. These are the spiritless animal-humans (or monkey bloods as I call them...RH positives).They do this to scar you spiritually and shut down your power. Even so called "Christian" people seem malignant and malicious for no reason at all. Those with souls, are not driven to dominate and subjugate others. They are driven by peace, joy, love and happiness, which exist for its own sake. Dominating or subjugating others is simply not something we are interested in. Not because we are on some holier-than-thou ego trip, but because it is simply unappealing, and does not bring us joy, peace or happiness to be disrespectful or cruel to others for no reason. We simply get zero gratification from such behavior. Unfortunately, thanks to the Rhogam shot, which allowed these spiritless people to be carried full term in the womb, and the quiet discontinuance of the marital compatability blood tests back in the 70s and prior, that used to be required to get married, among many other things, the souled humans now make up a very small minority on the planet. They have literally out-bred us to near extinction.

One of my narcissists is my older sister. Once I figured it all out by the teachings, I went no contact for my own healing. I am calmer now...not walking on eggshells all the time. I just feel sorry for the others living in her household.

JD, hang in there. I know it’s hard. I’m a bit older than you but I, too, was entangled for four years. I stayed 18months after I started catching on to the lies and cheating actually believing him when he said he wanted to work on us. Of course, I kept learning of new lies and deception; cheating, gaslighting, stonewalling and ghosting, triangulation, etc all continued. God finally showed me what I needed to see in order to finally get it and walk away, but then the anxiety even escalated and I started to blame myself. Felt so weak, so untrusting, bitter, hopeless, devastated, vengeful, depressed…. I prayed for the pain to end, first considering suicide and then by falling to my knees. No one was there to help me except these channels and God. I still have a long way to go, but I am able to be a useful member of society again, getting out and doing things I enjoy, setting goals for myself and plugging away. It’s a far cry from the woman I was in 2021. It is most definitely a spiritual battle, one that can be fought and won. My win will be when I am totally indifferent regarding the narc. For now, I’m happy to just get through the day without the paralyzing rumination. That is HUGE! I still have periods when I miss “him”, but I logically know I miss the illusion of him. The man and life I thought I loved. But it wasn’t real. And when I remember that, my sadness dissipates. I am eternally grateful to Paula and others who have been called to educate us. When I feel alone, I need only click on a video and I am emboldened again. Stay strong and true to yourself! Stay amazed!

I've been a year free now myself I'm just just now pulling myself up out of the bed . it's been hard hard and every word you spoke I go through from time to time not as much in the past 3 weeks as I have in the past months. I got a Hoover from him last week and my stomach sank I didn't want it I thought I would have been weak toward it but I wasn't... so I know I'm healing it's just so slow and yes the indifference is where I want to be also I had to find forgiveness for myself and of him. actually praying for him helped me it got rid of the vengefulness and anger I'm just on a slow healing path now and he is such a man child I know he will not Hoover again. so I'm not worried about that anymore by time he does if he does I'll be even stronger... thank you for your words of encouragement and bless you in your journey also
