Honestly I am very excited for the climbing. One of my favourite things in Skate is finding those slightly more niche spots, being able to scale buildings and stuff is gonna lead to a lot more of those I imagine!

I'd love to see mechanics that allow the board to wrap around your foot. Hospital flips, Impossibles, caspers, truck stands, so much more opportunities if there's a wrap mechanic

I absolutely love seeing not just this gameplay but also the movement because skate was revolutionary in the way you could move without you board. The parkour has so much potential if the map is well centered around it

I really wonder what is going to happen with trickliners. I enjoyed both realistic and tricklining and was ranked on leader boards. The competitive side of the game was awesome and I really hope they don't forget us, don't forget competitive game modes too

I think they can pull it off. As a game dev they just need to make sure they focus on the main mechanics and overall making it fun. I’m loving all the effort they are putting Into it

While this looks absolutely amazing so far, my worry is that there are going to be LOTS of cosmetics locked behind paywalls, I wish that they’d change it so the game costed like £20 or something then you’d unlock the items when doing challenges or buying a DLC, exactly like Skate 3, I feel like that game perfected a lot of things then Skate 4 would go back on that

I mean, thats almost certainly going to be the case. But you dont have to buy the cosmetics. They'll probably have some sort of battlepass-esque system, which as much as people want to cope, it works.

well i gotta say, the trailer definitely has nailed a lot of the styles and how people catch the board, landing , shifts , they do a great job capturing a natural look , one hippy jump looked super real skate 3 was getting there and there are some realistic looking skate videos outta skate 3 but this will take the cake, soon ai will analyze it and come up with the perfect skate lines

@@djphlange for arcade gameplay yes but for realism no way. Session is miles ahead of skate. You can't just pick up session and play it takes months to get decent just like real skating. Session is to skate as the supercross games are to MX bikes. One is for casuals the other is for people wanting something realistic.
