The NEW Sojourn Cinematic is FINALLY HERE In Overwatch 2 

I love the little details of Sojourn already knowing the agent was coming and planning for it. Gives her the identity of being a well-connected and resourceful tactician

I want a skin of vigilante Sojourn and Cozy Sojourn with her glasses. Also a emote with her petting Murphy like Brigitte has for her cat.

Murphy is a very cute animated dog. I love her and Sojourn needs an emote or victory pose with her. I’m also hyped for pve now.

Forcing you to go in game to watch it makes so much sense. They know the cinematics are the only thing that doesn't make everybody mad, may as well force people to redownload/re-engage with the game to be able to watch it.

There’s a ton of subtlety to this one. Sojourn knows Noah is going to show up, that’s why she gets a second coffee. She instantly identifies where the other two CSIS agents are.

I got to say I hope we see more of Agent Trombley! Finally some First Nations representation! I only hope we see more of that representation! I'm actually so happy about that because it's in Canada and I was so concerned that they'd just make anyone else in the short not a part of Overwatch just super generic but I actually thought his character was interesting and plays nicely against Sojourn until the end when he knows we need her leadership and then the cool gun trick at the end with one hand so fucking cool! I'm over the moon happy!

Cinematic is great, was this cinematic meant to be released alongside season 1? Kiriko and Junker Queen got theirs, so it would make sense for sojourn to get hers too.

this was such a good cinematic. The animation is amazing, great fight scenes, great twist with her house turning into a command center, MURPHY 💜, and the references to her voicelines like “it’s all connected” and ofc “croissant” lol. Love love love it

I think in a voice line Sojourn and someone talk about her prosthetics being outdated so it would stand to reason she would have a few arms and legs laying around for spare parts. Also we need coffee guy as a playable character. He is already in the posters in game and is pictured beside Sojourn and the agent in the picture so we know he can fight.

I really wish this game was set in a different world. Would give the art and cinematic team more space to work through creative ideas. Edit: Since people can’t comprehend the difference between, Not our world & Medieval fantasy world. I am talking about something like Gotham City.

One of the reasons I like overwatch is because of the characters and I appreciate that a good amount of the cast, are veterans of some kind, either it be from a war, battle, or horrific event in their past. Many of them are broken people that are just trying to live a normal life now. It's cinematics like this that I really appreciate where we can just have the character existing, doing their own things, and reflecting on their past and their actions in the past. Seeing how, even tho they are trying to be different people, but struggle to because of the connections to their past, past regrets, unfinished business, and/or that past still haunts them for whatever reason.

It feels good to watch this because I just arrived at Toronto today

Man, this cinematic would be a perfect setup to a short mission where you play as Sojourn to start a single-player Campaign. Would be cool if that existed.

Pretty sure the reason why they released it in the game client first was to get people to log in. They need the numbers to appease to the shareholders, especially since it's close to the end of the season.

Just watching retired vets and seeing how they adjust to life outside of conflict is always interesting to see. Along with them still having urges to go back and fight because they feel after all the trauma they've endured, they're no longer fit to live a normal life like everyone else and begin to hate themselves when they feel like they can't fight for something, someone, or for what they believe in.

It's okay that the cinematic is in game, but i wish there was public chat to talk about it...
