I’ve been flossing first personally it makes more sense like flossing breaks up build up and food and etc then when you brush your teeth it can penetrate your teeth better and mouthwash can penetrate better too and ALWAYS SCRAPE YOUR TONGUE I do all this plus a few extras and my morning breath is almost non existent
My Dentist said to Floss first…he looked Me dead in my Deep Brown eyes with his beautiful Blue eyes and said why would you floss after…we have full conversations while I get my Teeth Cleaned. 😂

Like you’ll hear people joke “he stared into my big brown doe eyes while I batted my long curled, mascared eyelashes that everyone tells me looks like falsies, and I stared back into his ice blue cold as steel serious eyes” 😂😂 needless to say, your description of your dentist fit the Wattpad stereotype to a T 😂😂

Y’all give me your thoughts on this: I personally do my oil pulling at night (before toothbrush, after floss) to kind of act a a pre cleanse. In the morning is when I do therabreath mouthwash AFTER brushing my teeth. I have sensitive gums and enamel from YEARS of bad hygiene as a teen lol so mouthwash after toothbrush at night would rinse away a lot of those helpful ingredients that could be working overnight. The only reason I do it in the morning is because I don’t wanna risk having stank breath in anyone’s face at work during the day lol.
I oil pull with coconut oil first for 20 mins (sometimes 10 not gonna lie lol) THEN floss since I have found it helps remove stuck food and stuff from between my teeth, THEN brush :)
i do like a mini tooth brushing thing first to get any loose parts out before flossing then i actually floss then i brush my teeth fully and do whatever else i normally do
I Floss Mouthwash Brush Tongue scrubber Charcoal tooth powder Rinse Oil pulling Hydrogen peroxide, gargle let it sit on the tooth Spit out 🤐 Finish with a Strong Mouthwash I love watching your vids I would love to try the Therabreath ❤❤
Mouth wash after brushing your teeth isn’t good ‘cause (in a stronger way than water) it’ll clean off all the concentrated fluoride you applied when brushing. And there’s no point in brushing with toothpaste if the protective fluoride casing is just removed.
