Tom, I've watched this video so many times I've lost count! And I just noticed that this is NOT my only comment on the video. Well my friend, this is how much this video has helped me. I wrote out my value proposition statement using this video and BOOM, FIREWORKS, MARCHING BAND, AWARDS SHOW, CALL THE PRESIDENT AND TELL HIM ABOUT ME BECAUSE THIS WORKS! Yes, this works!!! Everyone goes through this! Learn as much as you can in your market, I would start with the last month's market stats, percentage change in avg price, number of sales and days on market! We all have to start somewhere. Good Luck Joerell

I love this video. It's by far the best I've seen. I'm just wondering about my business though because it's a non tangible style business with a lot of people who sail my lane and are not real or sincere. This causes trust issues with customers.
