The Philadelphia Eagles just dominated in the 2024 NFL draft, as Howie Roseman and the Eagles selected Cooper DeJean, Jeremiah Trotter Jr, Quinyon Mitchell, Jaylyx Hunt, Will Shipley, Ainias Smith, Johnny Wilson, Trevor Keegan, and Dylan McMahon in the Eagles draft 2024. Quinyon Mitchell was a huge steal for the Eagles in the 1st round of the NFL draft. Howie Rosmean and the Eagles also traded up for Cooper DeJean in the 2nd round of the NFL draft which was amazing so the CB duo of Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean is gonna be amazing for the Birds for a long time. Meanwhile the Eagles also filled out the Jalen Hurts led roster with some more steals later in the NFL draft, namely Jeremiah Trotter Jr, who is a big addition for the Eagles and the son of a legend, so Jeremiah Trotter Jr is with the Eagles and it’s amazing. Plus Howie Roseman found some gems like Jaylx Hunt and Johnny Wilson. Safe to say the Eagles won the 2024 NFL draft. Plus some of the newest Eagles spoke in Eagles press conferences. Cooper DeJean is my fave. Not specifically bc of the player, but that ninja master move, trading WITH A DIVISION FOE/Wash) into slot 40 ahead of those 3 teams as you stated. That's next level stuff. Another Howie chess-master move in a checkers tournament! GO BIRDS!

I'd take DeJean all day long. Wish my Giants would have got him. I think he was the steal of the draft at 40. Unreal he was still there. He has an old soul and can play any position in the D-backfield. His north/ south speed is unreal, which is why he is probably going to play Safety in the long-run. He reminds me of all-pro Micah Hyde, only faster and can return punts with the best of them. As a black man from Camden, I'd honestly like to see him play CB on the outside just to see how he does though. I think he could dominate there too.

This division is LOADED on premiere wideout talent that we all need to deal with for a significant portion of the season. That’s still an electric pick for you guys if Jones stays healthy.

Unfortunately, Brenden Rice ended up going to the Chargers in the 7th round. So Jim Harbaugh got Brenden Rice. I think that's an underrated pick. I still wish we would have got him. He had 12 touchdowns last year in college. He is a big, tall receiver who was pretty good, and he dropped to us several times. Chargers are definitely gonna have a good receiver. I hope that big guy Wilson pans out. Because he only had 2 touchdowns for a tall guy. You would have thought he would have been more dominant in the red zone. So, hopefully, Kellen Moore can work as magic and develop Wilson into a threat. So I hope the Wilson kid does well, but we could have had Rice. I think Rice was a better prospect, but we'll see what happens. I still think we had a great draft. I'm very happy. That would be the only change. I would make it at the end of the draft Rice instead of Wilson. I am happy with the rest of the picks. FLY EAGLES FLY 🦅 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅

I love almost every pick. Mitchell, Dejawn are gonna be good for the future. Shipley got good vision at the RB2 spot & can catch out the backfield. Smith is solid hopefully he can actually catch. Trotter Jr a dawg! I get he’s only 6’ but he played at an elite level at Clemson, hope it translates. RG from Michigan, a winning program + was a 3 year starter & the captain of that Offense. StoutU is gonna have a field day developing him! Gotta see more from Hunt but I hope he pans out. I feel like Howie adds a Vet on the Dline & another LB & sky’s the limit. I pray these coordinators put everybody in the right position, I feel good about this team after a disappointing end to the season
