Some journalist complaint about the gearknob shift, comparing to Audi and MB. Perhaps they didn't realise that the x90 gearknob shift is just as same as in the Volvo. But being a proton, surely it got bashed.

I been in consideration stage to buy X90 for months since its launch. Usually as a family for long distance travels we usually will squeeze in into a 5 seater SUV or travel with two vehicles. Your conclusion was so inspiring as that was the purpose I was considering to get a X90. After watching your video, I placed the booking and just gotten my car yesterday. Looking forward to create memories and travel experience with my loved ones.
Surprisingly, even it came with 1.5t, still sufficient enough with the help from 48v battery. I was considering tiggo 8 pro previously, but my take goes with x90 at this time. I tried bring my parents during the test drive with the 6 seater, but it was not to their liking hence selecting the 7 seater instead.

I think this is the best X90 review thus far. From a different and practical perspective, something most of us can relate to. I know the XC90 is a far more superior car but from your perspective, how far is the gap of the X90 to the XC90?
for icc proton is more gradual and control. test drive an x50 before yeah can feel the different. i my self drive ativa and the icc on perdua side more like you slam hard on brake. it works but not as smooth as proton. for me leh.
@@BobbyAngmalaysia So this confirms what I found out myself few months back that to get a perfect seating position is difficult mainly due to the steering is at an acute angle. Had proton engineers bring the top half of the steering forward and push the bottom half backwards, that should resolve the problem.
Now i realized, HP video on the free ride on an x90 was a SCAM 😂. When i saw the x70 and the cute little house at the corner. It really is a comfortable ride for a family and ppl carrier. I hope it sells well.😊
He told me his video idea is to try ferry random strangers around KL... Towards the evening he called me and asked "eh your bro in law stays in downtown right? He has x70 right? Can I get his number?" Lol ... To be fair, he did tried very hard asking people, if he succeeded he wouldn't have resort to this hahaha ... But to be fair, they both have never met one another lol

X70 has a small petrol tank, you need to keep having petrol stops for long journey 😔 The car itself is heavy as well. Guess they picked up some elements of VOLVO during their partnership period when GEELY was the major share holder.
i’ve rarely seen it despite living in Condo which is 10km away from KLCC. 😂. it is rare item to be honest. maybe a lot of potential buyer like to wait and see like me. i rather wait for facelift and buy s70 first to experience ProGee product.
Comfort, power everything of course can't be compared. But 2018 means no more warranty and PHEVs are complicated. Moreover XC90 T8 is supposed to be a RM700k car, just that it's tax free
benz spent the most in r&d on their new s classes whenever new models comes out so you know what the benz means the heart rate beats better in the s class even rolls royce their ghost or phantom is just the premium that they charge but in reality s class is better than rr trust me i know.
malaysia their level never up to standards even for buffori its your premium malaysian made marque still unlike the german like mercedes u see when you drive a mercedes its like everything seems futuristic and timeless you are confident enough to know that you brought the right car even many years down the road never out but when u step into other cars becomes they becomes just a car you get the meaning.
The ICC is not as intrusive as Toyota's active cruise control. Proton ICC brake application is more controlled and gradual. While the Toyota would slam the brakes hard and sudden every time it detected a car went into our lane. From your footage the ICC seems to be working smoothly despite having some drizzling rain, I was worried of the ICC quality would be worse than previous gen because they removed the radar to opt for a camera input only.
It's always like that, a popular model at its 5th year of warranty end, everyone rushed to sell at the same time of course used value will be low. If everyone don't wanna sell then value will be higher don't you think so?

Luckily there are many x90 videos out there too. I don't plan my videos or script my videos so I roll my camera when I have the chance and say what I felt. I hope when I have another chance to use it see by then what I feel like saying haha
proton never visionary they basically copied whatever on the market that did well in sales and try their best to clinch it instead of inventing new tech like mercedes you see than the rest of the maker copied.
