Yeah it's the vocals. Lambert puts her (oops) character in the songs and stage pressence. But...this guy is so scaringly close to mercury. For us who didn't got a chance to actually see queen when he was alive, it's as good as it gets in a way. His voice, tone of voice, where he accents, syncopation, breaths etc. It's almost spot on in all the right places for these songs!
I just discovered this cover band and I do agree that they are great and the singer sounds so much like Freddie!! But I'll still see Queen+AL over them for Brian & Roger. Well I'd love to see both actually ^^
This is simply Fantastic. Marc bares an uncanny vocal resemblance to Freddie. Just close your eyes, and listen. I swear I got goosebumps. Another spine chilling Perfomance by Marc and his phenomenal band.
Been a Queen fan since late 70s. Martel is uncanny. He has pretty much nailed Freddies voice down to minute details. It's so scarily close to the album versions of the songs. I just didn't think it was possible. I close my eyes and it's Freddie singing the studio versions. It really is. Only live. And it makes Lambert look bad, talented as he is.
Marc is going to be another legend he's extremely talented and inspiring another Freddie great band amazing as always.. great to see Freddie's legacy remaining alive with extraordinary extremely extraordinary musicians..thank you Freddie and great thanks to Roger Taylor for putting an amazing band together.. Marc equals young freddie's voice, the older voice gets louder and stronger that needs a little effort for marc, but still the greatest performer for freddie until now!

Aw, nothing against her, but you gave the girl my favorite verse. Was looking forward to hearing you do the shove it into the ground line. But still rocked. She's got a great voice as well. And as a guitarist I'd be remiss not to mention just how perfectly your guitarist nailed this tune.
The more I watch and listen to Brian Gresh, the more he reminds of Elliot Easton of The Cars. He has a good voice, has some stage presence, he's a master of the art of the guitar solo, but is also a great rhythm player. He does do Brian May justice though.
