Keto Stuffed Pepper Recipe:
1 bag sweet peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/2 Vidalia Onion
1/2 block cream cheese
As much cheddar as you want to top them with (1/2 cup or so)
Salt
Pepper
2 t Italian seasoning
All purpose seasoning (whatever you enjoy!)
Preheat oven to 375.
Cut and prepare peppers as shown.
Dice onion and brown with ground beef over medium heat
Season meat and onion mixture with salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning, and whatever seasoning you like.
Mix in cream cheese and combine until incorporated.
Spoon meat mixture onto peppers.
Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve with Chipotle hot sauce if you want it to be EPIC!
