Oh, you can lose weight. I have you just stop eating pretty much. You only eat enough to stay alive. That is actually the key to it. So sad.

Um, yes food is nutrition, not entertainment, not consolation. People get fat because they eat too often, they eat thr wrong foods, and the foods offered to us are intrinsically unhealthy. If you eat real food, whole unprocessed food not cooked in industrial oils and you don't eat all day long, the weight comes off. If you are menopausal, that's different. Replace the hormones, be normal
