recently I found this one out. You must kill Manderley before the cut scene starts to get the alternative cut scene. Well... Simons was right with his last words :D
In my opinion, this game is amazing because I played it a hundred times and I still find new passages or dialogues

@@tonyc.0451 I didn't upgrade weapon skills, just added the gun mods to the pistol and pretty early on it already was super easy to get consistent headshots at close-mid range!

I think this dialogue happens even if you shoot Manderley with a tranq dart and only put him unconscious.

I've only played GMDX, but the game seems to treat unconscious bodies as dead. I knocked Manderly out with a baton and saw a news report saying I killed him

I remember using codes to make them all fight each other the first time you go into his office. I think I made them spawn shoot each other through friendly fire and soon enough there was a big fight in his office :D.

Why would you put a 24-hour countdown on a killswitch? It should be just "zap, dead".

It is, in case of mechanicaly augumented agents. Nanoaugumentation is a new technology, experimental. It appears that MJ 12 were unable to install proper killswitch at the time both Paul and JC became operational, and instead had to go with uncontrolled nanite replication as a temporary solution.
