My last 'haunted house' was disappointing. a friend told me about it, said it was the most disturbing place he'd been to. I thought he said "haunted house" But he actually said "haunted Hauss" I ended spending an hour listening to some old german man tell war stories.

Yeah the concept of a scary house showing fucked up things do sound alike, eh? but the NoEnd House was progressive with its theme, but this was more straightforward. and yet both are good stories.

Damnit. I fucking loved this until the end. I didn't find ANYTHING wrong with this until the end. The whole thing about the place being abandoned for years after the owner died kills the entire story for me. That's what ruins every good creepypasta i have read or listened to. Overall though, if you don;t count this, this was an amazing creepypasta and once again, made 100 times better by you MrCreepyPasta.

+Dipper Pines you mean come back "to the place where it happened"? i think he was commenting on the stereotype that all haunted locations/ places like that all just so happen to be abandoned X years prior after X person(s) commit suicide/kill people. and can only be accessed at X day of the year.

Listening to this with headphones, partially dark, got a candle goin (cliche, i kno). And at 17:55 i get a tap from a friend that i complete l forgot that was coming over. I nearly fell over. This pasta is one of the most frightening ive ever heard, more sinister than "No End House".

This was actually a really good one! It relied on real psychological fear instead of entirely gore, yet incorporated the gory parts perfectly. Amazing writing, DeadNSpread, and another awesome narration MrCreepyPasta! Thanks for a story that actually scared me, and kudos to both of you. =)

To be honest this isn't as fucked up as some real life haunted houses. (The Ravens Nest was closed for good at least.) Forced eating and drinking, claustophobia etc and in some haunted houses you can't even quit even if you have a mental breakdown. Humans are fucked up. EDIT: That was fucked up but in a spoopy kind of way :P

It'll come in and out. I've got a few different outtros now but this one is hope is a bit more jarring and unsettling for you when it pops up.... Almost as if anyone that minimized the story to listen and do something else would come back to see what happened ;)

As an abuse survivor the father saying "you'll be just like me" chilled me. The idea of becoming like your abuser, especially with "the abused become their abusers" drilled into your head by media, is a thing I live with myself. I'm terrified of it to be honest to the point where I was admittedly considering ending my life to protect others. Dumb I know but depression does weird shit to your head. Add abuse to the cocktail and it's an awful combo

Trust me, that absolutely SUCKS COMPLETE ASS when it happens. what you need to do get the exact type of professional help you need. And plenty of it.(professional therapy, the proper type of medication, maybe some anger management classes at least here and there if genuinely necessary.) Because just like you said, in reality: there’s really nothing worse than those who were abused, becoming abusers themselves.
