This is great advice! ☺️ creating a solid schedule for physical and mental health is half the battle when it comes to goals. Also the best advice I got in 2021 was “stop telling everyone how successful you’re going to be and just be quiet and do it”
Being in tune with my internal clock has been instrumental for me recently! I'm sure you can relate as someone who does youtube, it can seem daunting tackling the day when you technically have the freedom to do whatever, whenever. Sleeping at the same time everyday, scheduling my work for when I know my body is best fit to work has been so good!

5:05 I love that a Scottish person had to say "$3.33." On a serious note, there isn't actually THAT much difference between cloudy and sunny days in terms of light and vitamin D. (I just don't want people out there to think "Oh, it's cloudy, I guess I'll just not sleep well tonight.") Daylight in general is so bright that our eyes have to adjust, and both are dozens or hundreds of times more than artificial light. The difference in Scotland is more likely that (as you said) you were outside less, and probably exercising less, plus obviously in winter there wouldn't be many hours of sun and you'd be even less likely to be outside since it's so cold. In Australia, I far prefer being outside when it's cloudy because the sun is just too much. Speaking of light, your window lighting for your videos is absolutely amazing!
I did know about circadian rhythms! It is actually super complex, but very interesting. Also light is important, now that we are in lockdown, I have to force myself outside. And I know I don't always do that, so I take my vitamins, but other than that, please take good care of your bodies everyone, it is the only one you'll ever have

I wanna try to get consistency, but it is hard sometimes with different times to wake up every day. However, I wanna shift more into morning "person", well, just start work earlier than 10 a.m...
