Omg! This is wild! Since the beginning of the year I have felt this overwhelming need to end old patterns of behaviour. And to begin anew. I have felt a powerful urge to pursue a new career, which involves going out of my comfort zone in a big way! Literally taking a leap of faith! But my heart KNOWS it is my calling and what I am meant to do. Massive funds needed to pursue this calling and the prospect of applying for (and being tied to the responsibility of) a hefty loan, has left me feeling so scared over the past few days! Feeling overwhelmed, scared, deflated, exhausted... Contemplating just shelving my dream and carrying on being a full time, stay-at-home, Home-Educating mom. Because that is what I know. This is going to help me relax, thank you! It became clear to me I had to leave my job and I also have a very clear picture of what I want to try, but I am working on it on the side, and while some days, I'm feeling vibrant, curious and excited, others I am just so stressed out and exhausted at the thought there is just so much to do, that I am moving towards my goals too slowly, and that I am not even sure it's going to work! I really appreciate the reminder that it's okay to take it one little step at a time, and that it's fine to keep a safety net in the meantime, as there is no need to rush!

I have asked my spirit guides to help me in many different situations and always saying that they can interfere for my highest good or to heal me physically or emotionally and many times I don't get help, so I feel sometimes that either they don't want to help me, even on things that are minimal since if we want for them to be involved in our lives I heard you can ask for anything as long as u believe..but nope many times I don't get answers or heal ..and I'm saying this even though no matter what I believe, I practice meditations, I even speak light language and do reiki..

Brilliant video about how intuition relates to the soul/mind/body part of ourselves. I feel the scientific explanation of intuition can be intuition on some levels (maybe a purely mind level) but your deeper description about intuition from a spiritual perspective makes so much sense. I am doing this exactly. I knew last year that I have to drop out of college. I stopped going, started focusing on my paintings and art. Learnt belly dance and now just today I am releasing my own belly dance course. This last year was filled with extreme trauma and it definitely would not have served me to drop a big bomb on my life. Even now I feel scared about how things will happen but I am in a much much better place and the fear is in the back seat and i am driving. Thats all you need to do ❤

The quality of your videos has improved so much--I love the visuals, the outdoors scenes (beautiful!), and letting more of your authenticity come out! Personally, I try to find balance between science and spirituality and both views are right considering non-duality (the mind-body connection)--I think it is a subconscious process and our body/heart sends these subconscious signals. Intuition can be very scary indeed. My intuition exposed dysfunction in an area of my life, though in a very confusing, frightening, and traumatic way--I tried to take some time to heal and grow, reframe the situation, and make things right but it didn't work out so I chose to leave. I think discerning the difference between fear and intuition is important for us as well, and recognizing our boundaries and sticking to our values courageously even in the face of danger (this can be tricky sometimes but doable!)... Overall, the uncertainty that comes up calls for letting go/surrendering, reevaluating the situation, moving forward, and gaining wisdom after the fact.

hi, maybe this is all semantics. i do not exactly think that all people would like to be uncomfortable per se or that intuition/universe would like you to be very uncomfortable. the way that i see it is that the intuition/universe will sometimes like you to be temporarily uncomfortable so you could be more comfortable/at your best in the end so i do not think it will sometimes feel 'dangerous' in that exact word. on the contrary i think it would feel good but the dangerous/uncomfortable part is the adjustments someone has to make in what the intuition is saying.

It's funny. I always thought intuition was registered at the Guts level (Ex. My guts tells me...) or the brain. Interesting to view it at the Heart level.
