The key to life is to fall in love with the process. The outcome is secondary. Chasing the outcome creates a gap. There is no end. Process is more accurate anyway. We are never done. Energy moving. I have not mastered this in relationships. But I have in other aspects and there is pain, but there is no suffering.
Dear Brianna your knowledge is deep, your explanations are simple and accurate. Thank you for EVERYTHING you share...things make so much sense to me, a relatively secure person who's adult relationship was traumatic. A long bad marriage to a narcissist changed me. After, I met an avoidant who I fell deeply in love with and made all the behaviors of an anxious attachment unaware that I became this way because I had always been secure before marriage. Now I am stronger and way more aware thanks to you and listening to your well thought out videos. You really help me with handling myself...thank you❤❤❤
My favourite analogy: _"Ships don't sink cuz of the water surrounding them, but the water that makes its way in!"_ Define yourself as lacking this, that and the other and you're poking a bunch of holes into your boat all at once. Better pick ONE thing at a time to fix.
