Incredible work John. I think this is your best video yet mate. It's always hard to control the light from those lighthouse beams and you've done it really well here. Looking forward to seeing some of your other images from the trip down south.
I am from New Zealand. Thanks for a very good video under the stars. I would love to see how you practically do tracked pano on the field too. Hope you will have that tutorial in the future. Cheers
Great image! I have a nice stacked image of the Milky Way behind a lighthouse near me in Michigan, USA. I want to go back this summer and do a pano. I'm sending one of my cameras off for full spectrum astromodification, so I'm anxious to see what kind of difference it makes. I've saved your videos on creating panos. Thank you! They're a great source of information!
Great video and fantastic final image, John. 👍 you did super well to keep the light from the lighthouse in check. I’ve got my eye on that Samyang 35mm.
Hi John Thank you for your video. Great to have such a clear explanation of taking a panorama. I have only been taking shots for a while and still struggling with polar alignment. Any tips.
Sick shot mate. You mentioned the wind a lot but your tripod seems very steady, and it’s not the sky watcher model either. May I ask what tripod model you use for your Panos?
