I bought my Black Widow PMA IRONWOOD in 2001, I can't my bow also. Won a few State 3-D tournaments, and Traditional Bowhunters of Florida tournament. Great bow, very smooth. You won't be disappointed if you buy one. Lead time is around 6 months
I bought one of the Spit Fire's from Twig several years back. What a nice bow. Quick, quiet and really a super bow. It's been out awhile and for some reason has completely flown under the radar as far as what I see. I'm a bit miffed by that.
Yeah man im surprised it didn't take off like the black hunter, but I guess for half the price and the ability to have multiple sets of limbs available at anytime....I can see why. Either way I prefer the spitfire/stealth hunter over the black hunter anyday.
Just found your channel and I really enjoy your videos man. I shot a hoyt tiburon for years and years but sold it and went back to the compound. But i’m dead set on getting a satori before next deer season. Just haven’t got around to ordering it yet
@@dirtysouthdiesel3544 the satori is an awesome bow. One thing I will say about it is to just get the riser and a set of DAS 3k limbs. I think the whole package is a little over priced for what you get. I shoot mine everyday and I do love it, but the regular hoyt limbs are a little lack luster for the price. Btw thanks for joining the team.
The bow is beautiful and I am wondering if it also comes in left handed also? I have an idea if you want to make the limb bolt nobs darker. Use a dremel tool to sand them down and use a black dye and do about three to four coats of the dye to darken it and then to seal it after it dries use a stain finish on it. It will help with it.
I have this bow with 35, 40, 45, and 50 pound limbs. I had a back injury that required surgery and rehab. So I had to get some other poundages in the limbs
All Black Hunters in circulation, regardless of brand names placed on them, are manufactured by Junxing Archery based in ShanDong, China.. their default names are simply F171 for 60" Recurve limbs, F178 for 58" Recurve limbs and F172 for LongBow limbs, all of which comes with 15" wooden risers - additional F171A, F178A and F172A are versions with 15" aluminum-alloy risers.. Mandarin Duck was the 1st archery gear company that requested for the F171 and 'Black Hunter' was the name they've given it.. also, as far as i know, Junxing do not manufacture bows with reverse mounted limbs.. 😆
That bow will shoot smoother, quieter and just as fast or faster than a black widow…how black widows have a following is beyond me…the most clunky, loud, slow bows I’ve ever shot Don’t waste your money
