Don’t forget to like & subscribe! Thank you all for watching & hopefully we’re all getting pumped for the upcoming 5-0 vs. 5-0 matchup this Sunday! #Pittsburgh #Steelers
Man... I hope they show that game here in TX. Last week I was trying to see the Steelers play the Browns, but all we got were the Giants v. Washington and Eagles v. Ravens🙄
Wow. Fun watching Stewart pass with such accuracy & run like a rabbit, Bettis walking into the end zone & Alexander’s one handed pick along with soooo many sacks. Really enjoyed this one, Itz.
Honestly should be a good win. Henry is all the Titans have going for them, and our defense is one of the best, maybe ever, at shutting down the run game
@@d0nKsTaH it's not the same Henry no. We haven't played the Titans with Derrick Henry as the starting RB other than last year preseason, but that's not the game featured in the video.
They destroyed the Titans in 2017 as well. Dropped 40 points and caused 5 turnovers. Another time was 2011 the Steelers beat them 38-17. From 2009 to now, the Steelers are 5-2 against Tennessee. Sunday is gonna be a heavyweight fight.
I think the deciding factor other than our offense is gonna be Spillaine and how he is able to fill the whole left by Bush. Hell of a start to a career facing Derrick Henry
@@kevinnovo2197 yep that's been worrying me. The Tirans are sure gonna be targeting Spillane. Hopefully the front 3 lineman can do what they been doing and keep the lanes clogged. Vince Williams needs to wear the communication helmet, he has been with us for like 9 years
Awesome rivalry with the Titans, and it was fun watching us play against McNair (RIP) . How can I forget the days of Chad Scott raising my blood pressure. Good times.
Things I noticed: 1. The Seahawks should have lined up with a boatload of linemen, couple of TE's and a FB and did it Jerome Bettis style they would have 2 SB championships. 2. Plaxico Burress played with Kordell Stewart and apparently they had some chemistry. 3. Kendrell Bell looked like he was about to be the best LB in the league and then suddenly vanished? 4. Some great highlights get totally forgotten (Alexander, Ward Run). 5. Willie Parker was fast, but also tougher than I even remembered between the tackles. 6. The Steelers deserved the title they got that year. They were awesome and they miss those legendary players. 7. Bill Cowher's entire philosophy was basically lets just got beat them up, lol.
That 2001 Monday Night Game where the Steelers beat the Titans 34-7 was the Steelers taking out four years of frustration and heart break. Up until that Monday Night game in October of 2001, the Steelers had lost 7 in a row to the Oilers/Titans franchise and were under the curse of Steve McNair and Eddie George. On that night, they took four years of frustration out in a four quarter beatdown.
I miss fast ass willie parker! Kind of cool we have had multiple style running backs the past 20 years, with leveon bells patience, willies speed, and jeromes power. I guess you could say connors got heart lol? Idk but we desperately need a running game again! Hopefully we see a new dynasty rb, instead of 60 throwing attemps per game lol.
Just the year before the 2001 game I believe the Titans beat us 3 straight times. As u see in this video, the Titans used that zone blocking scheme against the aggressive steelers front seven. In 2000 it caught them off guard and had no answer for it, but here in 2001 they were ready for the ZBS runs
Beat us 3 straight in 2000? Stillers missed playoffs in '00, so we couldn't have even played tenn 3x. Overall, i think they beat us the finale of 97. Swept in 98, 99 and 00
Watch that blocking by the Oline at 18:30. They just shoved the entire defense backwards as Parker couldve walked into the endzone. I miss the days of being the bullies. When the Steelers would get the lead, they would punish u and pound u into submission. Need that formula back asap
This was the last year for AFC Central (North) to have both Tennessee and Jacksonville in their division. Steelers went 13-3 that year with all 3 losses coming from division opponents. JAX, BAL and CIN. Baltimore was the only team to beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh that year.
Bell showing why he was defensive rookie of the Year...also forgot Titan had Travis Henry at rb years before Derrick Henry. One is a stud, the other a dud. I'll let you guess which was which. 😅
Steelers had a great team in 2001....New England cheated and stole signs in the AFC championship.... And it was Drew Bledsoe that won that game for the Patriots not Tom Brady
Now watch the game end in a 34-34 tie because you guys jinxed it with this video. But... That won't happen with our hero Mark Malone sneaking in and throwing touchdown passes like he has done all year. Ben's arm is getting stronger with all that Gatorade he's poured for everyone on the sidelines. #FearTheDeadlyStashOfMarkMalone #MarkMaloneIsStillYourDaddy #Malone2020
