Peanut butter jelly time!

In San Angelo, TX, The Pit Barbecue has their "Jailbreak Sandwich". It is SLICED brisket with peanut butter and jelly.

I don't think I'd try the peanut butter and jelly but I would try the brisket

I would have never dreamed up that combination! But I sure as heck would try it!

The barbeque looks great delicious jelly ok but you can keep the peanut butter

Finally learned how to spell Nacogdoches and had to move to Waxahachie.

Next time I'm up that way I'll give them a try. Definitely interested in exploring the pbj bbq sandwich
