Hi friends! Today’s case is a wild one, this case went on for years and Pam Hupp was finally stopped. There are a lot of twists and turns in this one so let me know your thoughts below guys.
Also just wanted to say, in no way am I finding the victim’s stories funny, I just find Pam to be unreal!

I have heard this story before on other true crime podcasts, I have to say that you told it the best. I found you today and have been watching you for hours now. I love listening to you tell the story. I sit here mending from a broken leg in Sep and had surgery in Oct so I have been addicted to the diamond paint art, well adding listening to you while doing this is all the better. Again I have heard this story before but you told it the best. Thank you, Oh and I don't believe for one minute that Betsy asked her to be beneficiary I believe that she minipulated Betsy into doing this.

This is such a sad case but a good one to watch because it’s not always the husband and everyone grieves so different. As a hospice nurse I have seen so many different phases and ways of grieving. Also I had so many patients that after chemo wanted to be left alone to rest, so that wouldn’t sound suspicious me.

The police did a shotty job on this one in the beginning. Russ literally had a sealed, solid alibi and they just didn't even try they were so anxious to just throw some one under the bus.

I've heard of this case many times before so I couldn't help but kind of laugh when you kept saying "she's such a good friend, right?" Hahaha But for real she is a terrible person! I hate to think of the things that she would be getting up to if she was still free. I feel like she would have been caught eventually, but it might have taken some time. I'm just glad that her terribly idiotic plan failed

I've done chemotherapy before for 6 months & yah.. it just becomes a casual/regular thing in your life. Brave face the public & just be destroyed on all levels in privacy kinda situation. My partner would go run errands, shopping, ALWAYS brought me McDonald's Nuggets, & didn't HAVE to be there with me. I'd say 90% of the other patients around me also didn't have anyone constantly there either.

I wish the police would have easily & quickly come to that obvious conclusion with the Ellen Greenburg case. She was stabbed over 20 times on the back left side of her head although she was right handed. The boyfriend had people in high places & was let off. Her death is marked suicide to this day. That poor woman who was a school teacher to young kids, will never have justice. Her poor parents will never get justice. If you haven't heard about this case, go to Stephanie Harlowes page. I'm so excited she was finally charged for that murder!!!!. When I first heard about this case, She still hadn't been charged for that yet. I knew that Russ was awarded $2 million when he got out of jail, and that was about it. Then I forgot about it so I didn't know anything else after that. so this is amazing. I really hope that she gets the death penalty and that the date is within 365 days after her conviction, because anybody that doesn't believe that she did this is a lie. Poor Betsy and Russ, but look at God cause he gave Russ so much for his trouble and he's managing it fine last I heard. I should look into that is been while.😂😂 anyway I hope he remarried as well cause he seems like an amazing guy I don't think Betsy was ever going to leave him that was another lie Pam told. Wouldn't the daughters haven known she wanted to leave? There was no evidence... and I think Betsy's daughters blamed Russ because they were hurt and needed to blame to heal.. couples argue so maybe they just were like yeah they fought alot but it was anger and immaturity. Maybe every disagreement was a fight for the girls in this moment.. Know what I mean? Pam also could have cohorst them into testifying against him for the money she said their mom left cause she didn't trust him.. And that's why they sued her later. You know what I mean?? Like she talked to them cause he was in jail. There's no telling what lies she implanted in those girl's minds. I wouldn't be surprised if Pam also Convinced Betsy to change her will. Such a sad case. Infuriating, because she was already going to die. If Russ wanted to kill her, he would've just waited for her to die. Why do it now? Probably because Pam convinced Betsy to change the will on a day she was having martial issues, and she wanted her gone before she had enough time to change her mind. She may have already been changing her mind, and told Pam this was her intention and Pam was like, "oh, no, no, no, no you don't." Idk but I hope she gets the sentence she deserved and it's so sad police are so lazy sometimes. They're trained to basically blame the family first and i get why but they should always fully investigate and interrogate everyone then have the case reviewed by fresh eyes before placing blame cause with all the evidence it was CLEAR Pam did it

Use a corrector babe! Underneath your concealer and after foundation - a pink peach tone corrector should work to help neutralise it so the concealer covers it!

I have a question for you Zara. Where did you learn the word “ hella” from? This word is only used in Northern California in the Bay Area. I grew up in San Jose California and this word was all we used. All my friends used the word too, I'm not sure where it came from maybe from a song? I remember when I was a kid I loved no doubts song 'hella good' haha so i dunno???!! How is the life insurance not allowed in when someone has been murderd..mind blowing doesn't make sense. I'm in Indiana the law states when it comes to life insurance policies, that if a will is changed, it has to be 30 days before the person passed for it to be take in affect otherwise it goes back to what it was before it was changed. So no one can change someone's will then kill them the next day. That's what my brother inlaw did, to his and my husband's dad. Had covid also had a blood disease. Was on liquid morphine shots as well, BIL called husband to come to his house cause dad was suffering and he's slipping away fast. When husband got there BIL and his wife said he's suffering and they don't want to watch it anymore. So they gave me enough morphine in a shot. Then come to find out a week later, found out BIL forged a will and a deed to the house the family owned on a lake. So of course the will they made online, said everything goes to BIL all life insurance $400,000 goes to him and the date on the will that was made was the day prior along with the deed. They forged dad's signature so he every single thing dad owned, 2 cars, lake house,a 30 foot $30,000 brand new pontoon boat dad bought a couple years prior to him hetting covid, Dads retirement money in the bank.dad worked at a hospital as an electrician engineer had been there for 40 years. They had also maxed out all 5 of dad's credit cards and tried to say husband committed fraud and stole dad's cards, when husband was the only 1 besides dad that was the authorized user on the accounts. Just sad how family does shi like this when a family member dies, the only 2 sons, mom died 20 some odd years ago from cancer, then dad 7 months ago. A 1099 tax form is usually for self employed people or if you have other income outside of your work income. I believe anyway.

Yes it's for basically self employed, meaning they don't take out taxes when paid by the employer, , but it must be claimed and you pay the taxes at the time you process your annual return

From my research Pam filled Betsy head with horror stories about family members making short-sighted decisions under the immense grief. She said she has seen it happens too many times and I would hate for that to happen to your family. Pure evil.

I’ve been watching a lot of your older videos or whatever pops up in my RU-vid rotation.. Constructive criticism, maybe do a little more research but before you post as not everything is correct, you say it’s make up time but I don’t see a difference from the start to the finish apart from fake eyelashes, being Australian maybe you should do some more Australian videos it’s good to mix it up. I think there’s a long way to go to get to the Bailey‘Sarian Status.
