www.thetreadmiller.com/ Instead of running outdoors, it is joyful to run on a treadmill behind an running instructor with optimal pace and cadance. It keeps you focused, which is an important part of running. Enjoy!
Thank you so much! I enjoy running with this video, treadmill is set to 5.1 miles to keep up with you. Ran entire virtual 5k following your pace. The scenery is beautiful and reminded me of my home country of Germany, where the trails never end as well :)
Fantastic Videos. Inspires me to do better. The star of the video has near perfect running form. I have definitely benefitted from these videos and love the scenery. Would love to see more filmed at additional locations.
I wanted to echo the complements on some truly outstanding treadmill videos which have made my treadmill time much more enjoyable. Having a runner in front is just brilliant and aids in both motivation and as a sense of companionship in what otherwise is a rather solo and dull experience. I also wanted to pass on a few ideas for consideration. I've taken your clips and modified them somewhat to improve for my personal use. I've edited out with smooth quick dissolve fades all instances where pedestrians cross in close proximity since they are a distraction with the mass of pixels flashing by to what otherwise is a peaceful rhythmic flow. Secondly, I've taken nature audio clips of birds, insects, shallow tidal waters and streams and replaced the audio mapping them appropriately to the scenery. You'd have to record your own audio but that's easy to do. Lastly, the CCD camera can suffer from bloom leaving the sky washed out or creating unwanted glare and blur, it's possible a polarizing filter placed in front of the lens might improve. Alternately keeping the light at your back would work as well but tough to do on winding trails. A few simple suggestions I think could help take you treadmill videos to the next level. Again, thanks for the great videos, looking forward to more!
TheTreadmiller Oh, ok thanks! It's a good idea, even if I prefer "natural music". Anyway, thanks for your video, it's a nice idea. Although watching a beautiful trained woman's body It's very pleasant, It would be nice also to have a first-person view from the front, for example with a gopro mounted on a headband like a miner. It would be wonderful to watch it while as he runs on the treadmill.
Anonymous Connu Hi, You mean like ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4ftn8K74_zY.html, my first short video. I have a long version from this one, so if you like it i, i can put it on line. It's about an hour i think.
That's right, I had not seen before! Great! Of course, mine was a suggestion, maybe you could do this kind of shooting and your partner do back full-length (absolutely beautiful). Greetings.
