I have that highlighter palette. It isn't going to sparkle like a glitter would, but it works fine for photos. I do usually apply it with my fingers.

Elf is actually really good well made makeup and made affordable for those who can't spend a ton. They also donate to women's shelters and are constantly giving and doing for others. I love elf makeup and wore it for years before starting my own business and totally stopped wearing makeup all together. But there is nothing wrong with it and buying it is actually supporting a ton of good causes. So more power to Elf makeup!

Honestly look up the prices for MAC, Anastasia Beverly Hills, even Jeffery Star Cosmetics. And then compare those prices to Wet and Wild or Maybelline. It's all about the formula and the production process. There are JSC pallets that are discontinued becuase he doesn't just mass produce make up. Good companys put in the time money and effort into creating makeup. And we pay 50-80 dollars for an eyeshadow pallete becuase its gonna last, it's good product
