As a teen ager I would Astral project to visit my Italian grandmother who I missed deeply. Visits were quick like I knew it couldn't last long. We would verify visits on the phone describing what color night gown she wore etc. We kept this very secret as we were afraid people would think we were crazy.

I am 78 now, when I travelled the first time I was 24. The results were such that It gave me several important shifts in consciousness. First: I realized myself as spirit. Second: from then on I lost all fear death. Third: it is unbelievable exhilarating, beats physical travel in any which way. Fourth: it was important in spiritual development.

Also, in my experience, the moment i allow fear to come in or i try too hard, or sometimes even if I get too excited that its working...it brings me out of the projection immediately! I've learned to relax/breathe through that now.

When I was a young teenager, maybe around age 15 or so, one night I spontaneously astral traveled. I had never heard about it beforehand and it was very profound experience. I could hear fast, fast wind whipping by me and I could feel myself high in the air, I could see the cord connected to my physical body. This event caused me to go on a exploration to find what it was that happened to me. This was in the 90s before internet was readily available but in the library at school, I could order books from other libraries. This lead me to a new world of spirituality including the different types of yoga, Wicca, and psychedelics. I came across the publisher Llewelyn that exposed me to new worlds of thinking. It was truly a profound and life changing moment for me at such an important age. I am so grateful for it because it was the main event that lead me to where I am today. Thank you for reminding me of this and thank you for all your wonderful content and guidance.

For my spiritual awakening I accidentally astral projected. Was definitely interesting. I was doing long stretches and i ended up dissolving into the room and then I went up a rainbow (flying) my soul was there and so was another bright light (I thought I was in space) the bright light told me i have a very important mission here on earth and if I wanted to give up my mission and go back to space. I chose to come back to earth 🌍 I am assigned the role of the communicator

Universe speaking here, don't do it, don't leave the body alone, bad entities can enter your body while you are astral projection. This is well known and pretty documented by the creators of this practices, the satanist, that nowadays are claiming this practices as theirs, were they rightfully belongs.

I have been a phenomenal dreamer since I was a very very young kid. My dreams have been vibrant & vivid always. I started learning to lucid dream as a kid & even did a pretty in depth research paper on dreams in 7th grade. A few months ago I bought a new crystal & laid down with it on my 3rd eye & I was totally awake & could physically feel my conscious move out of my head. Suddenly, I was in another room w/a guide or coach teaching me how to fly about the room. It was the raddest experience man! Since then, I've been exploring Astral Travel more & more. I am so thankful to you for this video. & especially for mentioning that this isn't to be used as an ESCAPE FROM REALITY!! I've had to redirect myself from using sleep & dreaming to escape my circumstances. Great video!

@@moonbabe612 it's Astrophyllite. The thing is, I have a really remarkable collection of crystals & I love them all! But I choose my stones by what calls to me. I very rarely look up their properties or others' experiences until I've gotten to know my mineral babies myself. So after this random Astral Travel experience I repeated the process again the next night...& it happened again. So I read more about Astrophyllite & turns out it is a wonderful Astral Projection assistant! Now, Astraya (my Astrophyllite) accompanies on each of my Travels! Arfvedsonite as well! @@vflower9862 not yet. Im still learning how to navigate. For example, this last time I kept falling to the floor of my bedroom (after I Projected out of my physical body). It was hilarious actually!! Then I realized I had to steady my breathing...take long deep steady breaths in order to cont to fly. So I'm still learning how to move around. Im gonna try the jumping method Christina mentioned.

35 years ago I wrote a poem about experiencing this while I slept...Now I know what it's called. 💗 After infant febrile seizures and a short coma I began to experience FUGUES. I described it when young as being 2 places at once. Teachers acknowledged it went along with a vivid imagination. When I was finally diagnosed with these "absence seizures" near age 30 I insisted, "I'm NOT absent!! I'm just somewhere else." I've become a creative writer with vivid dreams, but not till after YEARS of paralysis after being told that everything special about me was just a medical symptom! Those years of spiritual oppression were dead and horrible. 😣 Now I'm back and eager to learn again. ☺

I had experience twice with Astral projection when I'm going through a lot. I was flying with angels and spirits it's very windy ,they took me to a beautiful place ,greenery grass and flowers , people wear all white clothes, they all looking at me wave and give me a big smile,they all know me, calling my name in their mind and I picking up on it. I saw my grandma and granfa but my suprise they don't look old at all. No one looks old. I saw angels with wings and no wings. Then someone told me in my mind katherine time to go, no one is talking, but I'm picking up everything what they saying on their on mind. The only thing about it tho. When I came back in my body, I couldn't move my neck all the way down to my feet, only my eyes is moving, I couldn't even speak then I start panicking. I pray to God about it maybe few minutes I gain it back my movement. The second time is like I'm in a matrix , I don't know if I'm dreaming or what my room went spinning then I feel like I got sucked in a place, that night I fall sleep crying and praying to God. When my eyes is open I saw an angel standing over me, he hugged me telling me everything will be alright in my mind , a beautiful handsome face. I was hugging back and crying. I don't remember all of it. But the next day , morning I prayed because I don't know if it's a dream or what but to my suprise, when I fix my bed and on the floor, I saw feathers. I checked my pillows ,my bed where the feathers came from, I don't have any explanation where it came from, I even showed to my bf that time ex now. I start crying and kneeling down praying they came and see me.

I realized in watching this video that I've been doing this naturally starting way back. I labelled my DIY approach "looking off in the distance". I've done it so much and for so long that I don't need to do prep. It's just there. I "look off in the distance" and seek to unify with wherever I land. When I need answers, I do this. It greatly helps to have experience with non-verbal implicit communication. In fact, it may be essential for best results. In that light, it greatly helps to have fine arts experience. I'd be lost without that. In hearing others such as yourself talk about this sort of modality, I can likely fine tune my approach. Thanks very much for being there.

Hi Christina! I feel so blessed that I came across your videos. I haven't yet reached the stage of astral travel. But I do a few spiritual practices likemeditation, japa andrecitations on a daily basis. Even if my day was hectic I always feel the urgency to take out the time. THE GREATEST lesson I got to learn from this video is that just like after an astral travel, we do need to give time to our body after any spiritual practice. Actually this is what I miss and feel a lot of DISCOMFORT in my physical body throughout the day. LOOKING FORWARD to preparing myself for an ASTRAL TRAVEL. After having experienced a NDE 17 years ago this month, the AP topic has presented itself in multiple ways. This is the most thorough & understandable/applicable guide I've come across. Scientifically there is something happening during these moments, and undergoing +20 floatation therapy sessions have helped me in immeasurable ways physically, psychologically and spiritually. It must be over 35 years now since I last Astral traveled, I found your video very interesting. As I recall from my own experience, one of the most amazing, was when I found myself inside a very large building, which looked somewhat like a very grand palace. I could see everything in a three dimensional state, and the colour was incredibly striking and beautiful. There standing near me, was a row of military personnel dressed in green fatigues standing to attention, as if on parade. I noticed each one of them, had some kind of red emblem on their green shirts. I noticed I could move between a gap between two of them, then soon after that, I returned back to consciousness. Whenever I Astral traveled, it always started with my arms feeling like they were vibrating, accompanied with a very loud buzzing noise in my head and floating sensation with my feet. Sometimes I would see a sequence of still picture portraits in black and white flashing before me, of peoples faces I didn't know. Some of the other places I went to are, looking down at a main road in the countryside, looking at a view of a large city from a distance, and a few times on a train looking through the window at mountains and landscape whizzing by. Yes quite amazing really.

Ever since I was a little girl I was able to accidentally Astral project whenever I stayed up really late (til 3-4am)even before I knew what it was or what it was called. When I found out what it was I began to do a lot of research but I was hardly able to Consciously do it no matter how much I wanted to. I still do it unintentionally and I still don't really know how to get to any particular place especially because it's always so dark (I still only do it very early in the morning) but I guess this could be a sign for me to start practicing again... I had a few experiences of sleep paralysis and hovering over my body. The third time that happened was 2 weeks ago. Today I finally astral projected. Floated through the roof of my house. I was able to hear people having conversations as I was flying past homes. It was spontaneous. Wasn’t trying to do it. I’ve never experienced anything else like this.

Some Silliness for Christina: Whenever you say "Heart Alchemist", I hear "Hard Alchemist", but my association with the word "hard" is a positive one. In school, certain sciences were categorized as the "hard sciences" (like biology, chemistry, physics, etc.), and I loved these. This categorization did not refer to difficulty, but to concreteness -- they involved the study of the objective, material ("hard") world, rather than something like psychology or sociology which were seen as more subjective and experiential ("soft"). Anyway, I think you, Christina, exemplify a beautiful blurring of these boundaries -- you interweave practical, factual, material information and guidance with more esoteric, mystical teachings. What a gift! Thank you so much.

In 2015 I astral-projected by pure accident and didn't even know that's what had happened until a couple years ago. It frightened me because I felt restricted and "Pinned Down". I kept trying to roll and wake myself but couldn't move my body. Seconds later I woke up and wondered had just happened to me. I would love to have a much better experience. The first time I astral projected I was flying threw the night skies, it was so beautiful, then I met a woman in the sky, we hugged like we knew one another. I found out later that that was my spirit guide, perhaps I wanted to see her. At first I thought it was a dream, but later it started happen more often, but I didn't travel, I stayed in my home, especially when spirits come near me, that would trigger it to happen. I don't think anyone can control where they want to go, the inner spirit may know and control the astral projection.

Hi Christina, gtreat lesson thank you, I used to meditate years ago, and i think i accidentally projected, i felt my self rising out of my head and upwards , in a swirling round motion, till i was in space, but not space,,, i felt very calm , i felt like i was connected to everything and at the same time not connected to anything ,,, yes very strange .... ! i felt like i knew everything was right and as it should be ,, then i drifted back down and was connected back to my senses ,,, i had no idea if it was real and it never happend again,,, with your information i am going to try a return...thank you so much .... Dear Christina, thank you for the clear explanation. I could vividly remember when I was very young. I was always looking at night how my neighbors live. Although I was not really interested what they do but more about the phenomenon itself. One of my 5 year old friend invited me to play in his room the first time and I went straight in his room ahead of him. Then he asked me, why do I know where his room is? Then I was afraid to tell him the truth, so I told him, I know, because in these houses the rooms are normally all arranged similar. First time I probably lied 🤥 in my life 🤓😋🥰

I did Astral projection automatically as a teen, I was flying so fast it frightened me back into my body. Now in Circle we were guided by Spirit to Astral Travel, twice now and it is amazing. I've wanted to do it for years & now I'm comfortable with it. Thank you for your videos, I love them. I have subscribed to all however I haven't had one of your videos show on my RU-vid until today. Here's my two cents for the readers: When you astral travel you visit other entities and this leads to them being able to visit you back through the portal you open. As long as you start your journey with positive feelings you never end up in low-frequency dimensions, which are regarded as hell in some religious books. If you hold a grudge or have fears or other negative feelings, don't go on this journey. 99% of astral travels are positive and you get to see more evolved souls of God that look at you with respect and compassion. (perhaps they see us a misguided ape that some how managed to escape the zoo) If you think you're troubled by negative entities, tell them that you are a divine being and a part of god and they should respect your sovereignity. This is what some UAP abductees report, and this is what I learned from reading about the lore. I also highly reccomend Ingo Swann's books, who did astral projections for the CIA. You may also read the sessions done at the CIA, at the Cogressional archives.

Used to have astral projection when I still awake. I saw a very beautiful Saturn coming close to me and I tried to reach out their dust ring. Just like superhero standing out in the universe and watched. It's extreme fascinated experience !

This was so interesting thank you! I found AP without really knowing what it was. It was related to a dying beloved pet. After that I craved the experience. I can’t control when it happens or do it at will most of the time. When it does happen I first feel this incredible feeling throughout my body like an electric vibration followed by a feeling of pure bliss. I can feel the sensation of flying and wind in m face. My destination aside Friday m that very first time never makes sense. It’s more dream like destinations. I’d say I’m definitely in surrender mode. I haven’t been able to do AP in several months. I’m going to follow your advice and see if I can learn to do this at will. This video was so helpful!!

I’ve been “suffering” from sleep paralysis for the last ten years. I’d have episodes nightly for months. Or it would stop occurring for over a year. Each time I’d awaken in this paralysis I would be overcomes with fear trying to do everything I possibly can to wake myself up. I’d on the rare occasion see a shadow or recently a man in a hat with long fingers. Last night I finally gave into it. Told myself I was safe and suddenly my consciousness left my Body. It felt like it was floating and being pulled backwards, into my hallway then into my kitchen then through the floor into my downstairs neighbours apartment. I did not know how to control where I was going but suddenly felt my consciousness move into the same position as my resting body and I woke up. Your video has helped to make sense of what I may have experienced last night. Hoping I can fine tune this to be able to control it like you. Thank you.

I had one. I walked into this two living room house. Looked like an American house for details in decor. Opened the door to the smallest one. I walked in. I hear someone coming in from another entry door. This white mid age male, wearing prescribed glasses and talking on his cellphone. From my perspective it was dark. I didn’t know what to say so, I said “Hi!”. The guy screamed his life out off his lungs, terrified and I remembered consciously shaking my head pretty hard to wake up. I thought it was quite the “dream”. A friend told me its characteristics were more of an astral projection. I have to try it again! Poor guy... I laugh everytime I remember it 😅😂can’t help it tho!

Yes. I have traveled and seen many things and learned many more things. All through sleep, though. Never really could figure out meditation. I think it's getting the mind to relax bit. x) Just discovered you on this day. I do think maybe I will save this link to try again in the few moments of peace that do exist. Thanks. Its incredible how some of you seem to have had this gift your whole entire life. Ive, as far as I know, never astral projected. However, I still plan on practicing it, only to be able to do it once and see how it goes. It feels necessary for my spiritual journey to at least experience it. Today, I think I almost did it. I woke up somewhere around morning and was still very sleepy. I then proceeded to focus on my body, and 5 minutes in I could feel myself being pulled up. I thought this was my chance, so I tried rolling out. Sadly it didnt work and I guess it ruined the process 😅 Probably got to excited, thats been the main problem why I dont get very far with projecting…. But Ill keep trying😊

I'm not one of these people where it feels easy. I worked at it for a time until it happened and it's something you have to keep working at. My first experience was funny. I floated through the house and saw some lights were going off and on. I went over to see my dad flipping lights on and off in a couple of rooms. In the morning I asked my dad if he thought he sleep walked. It's something he used to do. He said he dreamt he was walking around flipping lights off and on, so I told him about my experience. We were both like "spooky!" Way back when, I had read a method of doing this that resulted in sleep paralysis and then a jarring body exit, both of which are unpleasant. I like Christina's method better!

When I was a kid I do out of the body experience many times, I told to my family about it but they say I just only dreaming, I flew around my neighborhood above the tree line and it’s very exciting, then it’s stopped for decade, I experienced another out of the body when I was in my late 20’s in Tokyo Japan, feeling so tired that day and suddenly I was blown away by the wind out of the door, I was so scared I tried to seek help from my several roommates but they can’t hear me, they said I was growling in sleep. Since I was kid I am highly intuitive (Claircognizance)

I never realized this before but when i was younger i would have dreams where i could jump just like u described and i had no idea what it meant but it made me feel so free and i could get exactly to where i needed pretty quickly and stable-y .. if thats a word lol Ty for explaining it in terms i could understand. I think i astral projected once. It just happened on its own and i didnt ask for it to. But i was in my living room, closed my eyes, next thing i knew i was on a flat mountain top covered in snow and the scenery was beautiful. Perspective i guess shifted all in that imagery. It was a beautiful imagery. Wish i coulda taken a picture. But it happened pretty fast... Thx4the pro tips bout integrating afterwards to slowly return. Makes sense and probably a big reason y my physical avatar* like u mentioned hasnt gained clarity on some stuff. So i appreciate the insight. Ty 💜💙🙏💜

I once astral travelled 20 years ago during sleep. My husband came home he didn’t have his keys and knocked in the door I ran to the door but realised I couldn’t open it then I ran back in the bedroom and saw myself was lying down sleeping. I jumped inside myself and I woke up. I walked to the door to open for him but kept thinking I remember that part of me up the ceiling floating around but couldn’t open the door. 🤔 Until now I still remember vividly. I noticed i astral travel quite a bit during sleep without knowing because there’s so much I thought I’ve seen or knew but I have never been in a waking moment. Yes, experienced astral travelling thrice in my life. My last one, I don’t know what it is called. I saw myself out of body and saw myself ( from behind) walking ahead of me, for few seconds. As soon my mind started thinking , It was gone.
