I quit vaping 2 months ago and the cravings were really really bad the first week and a half or so but then it got easier and easier. I am still getting cravings occasionally but god I feel so much better already. I'm glad u made a video about this and are addressing it because its much more serious than people think. not only is it awful for ur body and ur overall health and well being it also costs so much fucking money, when I started I had so much money I didn't worry or think twice. right before I quit my bank account was literally at zero, I had been spend over 300 dollars a month on vaping... it is not worth it, thanks for spreading awareness Alex.

I vaped for around 4 years. Last summer my dad was diagnosed with cancer and I stopped vaping ON the day. I have not touched it since. You absolutely can stop if you put your mind to it and realize how much better you're off without it. I don't think of nicotine anymore. I believe in you, Adapt! You can do it.

actually crazy the timing on this, i’ve always wanted to stop and never thought i could. i am currently 4 days off vape, cold turkey this video helps so much. a lot of the problem is i can’t get away from it. everyone i know vapes so it makes it really hard to stop when it’s constantly in front of you. just gotta get it through your head. nothing good comes from this shit.

Vaping is just as much mental as it is physical. The hardest part for me is staying off it when I'm drinking. The best part of quitting is not fiending and needing to go to the bathroom or whatever and feeling that shame. Sometimes I miss it but overall being able to take huge breaths, having more mental clarity, and better cardiovascular health is so worth it. Good luck y'all

I thank you from the Bottom of my heart , I've been trying to quit vaping for years now and I also find myself with a vape in my hands. I have actually seen the damage its done to me as I had my first pull of vape when I was 14 years old and I'm 19 Years of Age now. I haven't had this much motivation yet as I've always grown up watching faze and seeing that you guys experience the same struggles as me, just puts me over the moon. I wanted to say too I respect you guys for not ever bringing the vapes into the videos (showing the audience) even though you guys had an addiction like I had. This nicotine shit is crazy, everyone I know/ grew up with has had one. Most of my friends are addicted or trying to quit. Guys this is really serious we have 10-16 year olds addicted. I’m 23 years old, last year the schools near me put vape detectors in to crack down, funny because when I graduated 4 years before that sure u guys already know they were still cracking down (teachers) on vaping all the going into bathrooms, looking over stalls. Crazy how addictive these things are be really careful guys.
