Jason has competed in the CrossFit Games on 8 separate occasions. Competing as an individual for 7 consecutive years, and wrapping up an 8th year as a team competitor, Jason is no rookie to the sport of fitness. Throughout his CrossFit Games career, Jason has only placed outside the Top 10 once, has won every Regional competition he has participated in, and he won the Spirit of the Games award in 2009. Not only has Jason held all podium positions at the world championships, but he was also named to Team USA 3 times.

Yo Jason! Could you do another video of the complete finished product? I have noticed that you did eventually put in the garage doors to allow both classes to be combined into one, so I would like to see that! Everything looks great man!

You guys did an incredible job building this out. In the video, you mentioned this location was a former Walgreens. Im curious, with lots of Walgreens locations planning to close over the next couple years, will you target more of these locations in the future? Seems like the perfect size for your model.

I saw another video of his stating that what he looks for is a location 15 minutes from another one of his locations but make sure it's close to Jobs also some housing

Hi Jason, there was another video after this, where you showed a bigger training area and a second smaller area on the other side of the corridor ... I want to see it but I can't find it

This is awesome! We are in the process of building our own building for our gym. This made me rethink our current proposed floor plan and I love it! Two floor model might be able to help us save a ton of money! I didn't see any offices though. Just wondering where you meet with new potential clients?

Jason, what are the pros and cons to renting a space compared to buying something?

I like the look and design. Will all NC Fit locations have this look and feel? Also what was the material of the gym floor? Is it industrial carpet? Plus I would love to see your philosophy and designs of the locker and shower facilities.. Sauna? Steam room? Great brand and I agree with rebranding the name to "NC Fit". Jason seems to be a savy enough business owner and community leader to make a name for it himself rather than holding onto the CrossFit name...

Romeo Casido most locations will shift to this overtime. The gym floor is 3/8 inch rubber from Dollamur. There is no sauna steam etc. just showers/restrooms. Lockers are simple and were placed in the hallway. Thank you for your feedback and kind words!

Seems to me you're branding yourself as "North Carolina Fit", especially since there's no clear image of the state of CA in your logo. And, why are you embarrassed to use to the word "CrossFit"?

ClockCutter good question. It’s Northern California and the CA is in the N. Agreed the image could have been more clear but we have had this logo long before we rebranded to NCFIT from NorCal CrossFit. I’m not embarrassed at all, I’m a huge fan of CrossFits methodology and have been for years. We offer other programs besides just CrossFit.
