Very nice HOWEVER! FX is NOT selling the power block, tungsten hammer, .35 cal Heavy Superior Linerr or 800mm tensioned barrel kit to the public and they are NOT delivering these parts to FX dealers for resale. So I think it would be much kinder for these special folks making these videos, who receive special parts/treatment from FX, to state in the video "these parts are not available to you"- Otherwise it is very misleading to the rest of us "regular" retail folks.

Are you sure, because you can buy the Fx slug probe power kit with tungsten hammer kit from Huma for $85 dollars for the .35 cal. Fx impact m3. 35 cal bronze comes with the new redesigned power block "And the heavy barrel only comes with the 800 mm .35 cal" Those shooting heavy slugs are encouraged to add the FX Impact Tungsten Hammer weight to also allow for higher working pressures. What state do you live in? Call NEW ENGLAND AIRGUN IN MASSACHUSETTS.. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP YOU GET ALL THOSE PARTS...

Wow! That thing can disappear like a black bear in the shadows. If there’s such a thing as too much fun, your having it. Anyone that thinks an airgun isn’t a viable hunting option needs to watch this video. That deer went lights out before it knew what was happening. More merciful than a slaughterhouse. Great shot.👍

Theyre not this is an imported animal on a pay to hunt farm. Ive lived in west virginia all my life these are not native animals not found outside of pay hunts. And if you couldnt tell by all the noise and running around this isnt a real hunt.

This animal was imported no one said it wasn’t common sense and logic would tell you that this is not a native animal to North America. And yes it is a real hunt. The running you saw was when we had the shooting blind in line with the animals line of sight so we could make a move to get closer. That’s how we moved in to take the shot. Sometimes it’s good to know all the facts before you speak

The guy who taught me to hunt reckoned that if the animal didn't drop where it stood, then it was a bad shot, his target was where the spine entered the skull, if that was not available he didn't shoot.

Airguns have crossed the line and are well into firearm power levels. Now it's just a matter of time before a crazy man somewhere uses it to kill someone. Then regulations will kick in. Pessimistic view I know, but not irrational. Enjoy your hunts.

Amazing hunt of a life time! Bet that was a rush!! Great video!! Looking for a compact truck gun, been told to check out the Taipan Veteran Compact. My buddy swears by his, any opinion or recommendations on this rifle. Need it for vermin control along my fence lines.

Good shot. I'm a little confused about the gun though. I have a .35 m3 impact and shoot 81 grain pellets at 880fps at about 140 foot pounds for 30 shots on a fill. To shoot a slug at the same weight I need to buy all those upgraded parts and it becomes a 10 shot gun and only increases power by 20 foot pounds?

@@nosherwanadill6177 I know slugs require more air. The problem I see is that the .22 impact with upgrades is producing twice the power. That's a 100% increase and the .35 is increasing by 15%. It doesn't seem efficient. Have you seen the new Rattler? It gets 15 shots on the same size bottle and is producing something like 235 foot pounds. I'm just wondering if FX stretched the impact design too far for an efficient. 35. I love my impact in .35 but was honestly expecting more out of it.

The FX Impact i would NOT rate as a big game hunting platform. Using a FX Impact is an exception for this situation only because the bushbuck is not a large animal, and you are on a game farm. It did the job, but an AF platform or similar would be preferred for larger game. The FX Impact in 357 wouldn’t be legal in most states for large game because it doesn’t meet the minimum FPE needed to meet the legal requirement, i.e., Idaho is minimum 350 FPE.
