@@gdavies4 True. Faber was a good sport though and tried his best to go back and forth. I could see it getting under a lot of fighters skin. Faber was cool
Faber a pretty likeable guy. he dealt with some of the harshest trash talkers, kept it professional and didn't come out looking like a Tito Ortiz after getting roasted multiple times.
Yeah I think “recognize the enemy” was actually a really smart line lol. The TAM guys were all focused on Conor when he was calling out the thing (dillashaw) that ultimately killed their team.
@@chuck_nazty killed their team? lol relax bud Alpha Male is doing just fine without that steroid using sparring partner abusing snake in the grass and his poser coach sensei Duane
@@chuck_nazty yes these professional fighters still live fully active lives without little dorks like you pretending to keep tabs on them. the world doesn't revolve around you, kiddo.
nah conor sounds like crazy possessive gf. tj is a grown man he can do whatever he wants and still be cool with alpha male. he did ultimately get into their heads tho
@@ivanmendoza3479 he genuinely feels for uriah that’s why he’s making such a big deal about. Just look at how they interact, yeah conor is an ass to him but it’s almost like a brother type of way
I think Connor actually likes Uriah, and he was trying to look out for him in his own way. Something tells me the only thing Connor knows is tough love. When it comes down to it, he was right about everything he said.
because Uriah can take a joke unlike Aldo, Uriah and connor understood the tripping your friends culture, conor respect him because he knows uriah can brush it off
@@fadedghost1704 Some people just don’t give a fuck about insults. Mcgregor makes a lot of shit up to talk down on people. It’s all in his own head. I’d say Uriah probably thought it was all funny.
@@JacaboBlanco "In America we dont know what pie tahnn is" LOL ,this has to be one of the funniest TUF seasons ever for sure, loved Conor and Urijah's love hate brother like friendship
@@thenightowl3042 Conor and Uriah Faber lowkey liked each other and Conor cared about Uriah with that TJ shit. damn crazy how he good Conor can read people. I know for a 1000 percent that Conor had so much inside information about Khabib thats why he was so angry about him. He was right about a Russian criminal paying Khabib millions for training camps and went to prison afterwards and Khabib all of the sudden couldnt speak English anymore mcgregor was even completely right about everything he said about Ali which is crazy. There was a story that 1 day before the fight Khabib and many many other guys and team mates came into Conors room with a gun pointed at Conor and Islam Makhachev was literally doing a gun to the head posture to Conor. Jon Anik once told the story aswell but got shut down super quick by DC and also Joe Rogan. I swear they paid them off really good to never share that story
"Take care of your underwears. I'm going to fuck you man" has to be the funniest line in the entire series. Definitely the most underrated way to diffuse a situation xD
Connor is probably the best smack talker out there 😂😂😂 he’s like a pissed off leprechaun who wants nothing else but his pot of gold. Freaking hilarious
6:50 - that's how insanely competitive he was. I think he lost some of that when he fought Mayweather and that's such a shame. I would've loved to see Conor fight Khabib when he was at his most hungry - I still think Khabib would win but it would've been much much closer. Dana said it best a few years ago and it's fair to say that he had a pretty good idea of what would happen next - "it's hard to go get punched in the face for a living when you have millions in the bank".
Styles make fights. I like Conor more but no point in time in history would a fight between those two be competitive. Wasn’t gonna get closer then that.
@@nickcurrier3268 I guess "colloquialisms" would suffice, although probably the accurate word would be, "vocabulary". Buuuuuut we all knew what he was aiming at anyway, good thing youtube comments aren't banning people based on grammar and syntax, also that it's not a lexicography competition.
@Ya boi I’m not sure if I believe that, chael has never lost a fight or sparring session. But there are videos of king lobov knocking out Brock Lesnar and Francis ngannou
The only thing stronger than Artem's sheer ability and willpower is his mental game - "I'm going to get the knock... out, so Dana gets his checkbook... out." Truly a master of wit, wordplay and comedic timing
@@SceptileSlash alcohol bloats u tf up. In fact I think it adds hella water weight so yea shout-out to these fighters man. I’ve been to 10-12 percent body fat percentage and after even the slightest amount of alcohol I look more like 15-20 percent the next day. It’s demoralizing after all the hard work to get shredded. But cutting weight is what the do for a living so they probably know what to expect before they indulge
@@MrThenextrayallen never heard of Ronnie Coleman and Kevin levrone drinking before a bodybuilding show? It doesn’t bloat you. It dehydrates you hence the hangover
@james anonymous doesn't matter lol seth rogers beat the brakes off of ryan hall and should've been the winner ryan hall was only tuf champ off some bs
Saul kicked Hall’s Ass and some bureaucratic B.S., Ryan got a pass to finals. Saul should have been in the Finals and in my opinion he’s the Real TUF Champion
Hes one of those guys i cringe when he gets a hold of that ankle ive felt that pain tap or snap and with him its pretty much always snap but to be fair he dosent seem to do it as bad as he could looks like he holds back a bit the opposite of palhares
@huawei thirteenmegapixel are you serious bro? Khabib did NOT attack Artem nor did he slap him. He just gave some advice to Artem when he met him randomly to not bite off more than he can chew and not to mention his name again or get slapped. He didn't organise his gang purposefully like McTapper did.
@huawei thirteenmegapixel wrestling was the foundation for ancient spartan warriors i dont see how it is cowardly? Being able to absolutely control your opponent and pound his face in is alpha af. Conor couldnt do a single thing about it. I dont understand how ppl hate on wrestling but watch "mixed martial arts", go fuck off to boxing dude talking about wrestling is cowardly youre a jokee
There were soooooo many statements quoted from this Season.... but when Conor told Urijah “ you never touched that belt in your life... you always fell short” was probably the most dramatic and impactful IMO.
@@totheskynolimit7547 Right?? He’s done sooooo much and been such an ambassador and face for the sport, especially for younger guys when he started off. Yet Conor’s words probably cut like a knife cause they were basically true. At least Conor’s been humbled by Dustin now. It’s like he didn’t believe he actually lost to Khabib(which he clearly did)... but losing to Dustin, and by TKO ! Seems to given him some clarity he’s just a man. A rich man.. but just a man.
Man I remember Thanh Le. I was really hoping he would go on to do big things. I mean he is with one championship but I thought he would make it to the UFC. His background is hilarious in like the best way. He's an Asian dude from Kentucky who was like a taekwondo black belt I can't remember what else his disciplines were but I remember it being so unique that I couldn't help but root for him.
Everybody was laughing when dude told Cody to take care of his underwears, except for Cody. He had a look on his face like “nobody tells me to take care of my underwears”
Conor: I get my whole check all at once Faber: you lying im still getting paid from the aldo fight Conor: you get paid in drips because they pay you when they feel like paying you hahahahahahaaaa
It shows Fabre’s net worth to be 9 million. I’m not convinced that Faber didn’t have more money than Conner at that time. And faber has remained classy while Conor couldn’t take a few ass beatings
Fabee actually one of my fav fighter i remember he was the first fighter i sctually follow and rooted for same with connor so it was an amazing thing to see both of them on the show as coaches
