if you deny Germany both Austria and Czechoslovakia, then peacefully take Transylvania, you will have about 80% of Germany's factories by the time they demand the Sudetenland. and if Yugoslavia goes democratic and breaks itself apart you can blitz justify on their puppets and fully restore the empire long before Germany ever demands the Sudetenland. and if you can actually get the decision to restore the empire... well you will equal Germany in factories and manpower..... if you still cant win even then, well you just suck. i mean you might have to sit on your butt for a year doing nothing while you wait to build up equipment, but Germany without Austria or Czechoslovakia is like a solid 30 factories short of being able to do anything that it normally does at that time, and you have those 30 factories plus some yugo and romanian ones. its not that hard pal. the only bad part about playing Austria-Hungary is the RNG involved with Czechoslovakia annexing or becoming a puppet, its about 50/50 with max relation with them, 70/30 if there is more than 20% world tension.
