Great guide! Covers most of the common stuff. Just have a few things to add... Couple IRB details. You do not need land in the zone you die in, just the target. One of the later examples said you need both. Death to true edge works as well as death to a load, or any future death that gives you those gray boxes where abilities should be. D1 has an emote swap combo that works, for instance. Also I was one of the founders :p I think A2TC thought to combo it with autorezes, which was the last piece we needed to make it a standalone glitch. Rez Breaches are much easier if you take into account exclusion zones. That is, the minimum distance between new spawn points. It lets you effortlessly set precise spawns in tight areas. Turns some breaches from a 6 hour marathon of hope to something you do either first try, or after a couple tries if it's particularly hard. Fallback points are a pretty niche, but very powerful tool when they come into play. That's when you make a default spawn unavailable, usually via blocking it with stasis crystals. It makes some otherwise impossible things trivial, but is very map specific. Most notable for Bergusia forge, skipping first encounter of Root, and confusing players in the Nessus Land Tank. I'm confident we'll see some more tech around there once we figure out a few more details on how these work... One day I hope to break the box by simply running around a bit and respawning after a normal death. Was very glad to see sword flying height gain in this. A lesser known but very useful sword technique, even if a bit less so since the addition of grapple hunter ;)
Man, it's really paying off to be a fan of your content. Every video the quality goes up and you always have something so interesting to talk about and show us. Thanks my dude, I hope you keep it up! Personally, I got my fingers crossed for a return to hacked OOB content, that stuff was so interesting.
It really is a third game mode with an entirely new skillset to learn haha. So far it's been more than worth the time I've put in to learn this stuff. Sparrow flying is hard 😆
Maybe a little out of nowhere, but I really am digging the aspect ratio of this video. First time around here, so I don't know if it's always been like that on your channel. Much love, LUMEN
going out of map in destiny was my mission. Found so many op spots in pvp maps and areas where you couldnt go normaly and many other things. And let me tell you some things are actually very stunning and have textures and even decoration you would never be able to see.
18:49 there actually doesn’t need to be solid geometry in both loads, only the load you are IRBing too. You can kill yourself mid air at the place you want to IRB to in any load, go to the loadzone with the geometry, and then use any vaporise method (load death, box barrier, taking relic or (de)buff to an unauthorised area, or PDR(d1 only)) then get resed. You also don’t need to be exactly on the area you are IRBing too, you can be quite high above it and your ghost will still get placed on the closest ground beneath your set death location as long as there is no barriers inbetween the set location and the solid ground beneath in the target loadzone. Good Video, learned some new stuff.
Really well put together video! The only thing I didn't already know about was the DeBox, (D-box? De-Box? However you type it) however this will be very useful to send to friends that want to explore OOB but don't know where to start and I will be sharing this. A small correction on the IRB, there only needs to be solid ground in the load that you plan on respawning in. If you kill yourself in the air (best done with touch of malice or an explosive against a sparrow) anywhere between 0 and 75 meters above ground in a different load zone, your spawn point will work, regardless of if there is ground in the original zone you killed yourself in.
Another method with breaching is dying as you hop off a sparrow, your ghost will be where your body was in animation when you died. Still requires auto-resc or teammate who is out of map to revive you. Mostly used for if a teammate can't do one of the previous strats mentioned. It was very useful in Destiny 1 (before Shedoxxx's emote glitch was made public) because of warlock's self resc.
A lot of things have been mentioned already in many videos. BUT! It's always good to keep it up to date. Thank you so much (Froggy as well) for your content. I love OOB and am happy that you guys keeping this up all the time bringing more players into our wonderful OOB world =)
I saw the same backdrop in the first clip in this video yesterday after replaying through shadowkeep and got frustrated saying that bungie only ever brings you there for nightmare hunts rather than actual story missions. It’s visually stunning and it’s a shame you might ever only see it once
Guess I will note that you don't need heat rises to trick your sparrow mount animation. Works with any grenade on any aspect. Not sure how well it works on other classes though, I only play lock.
question i have regarding these sacred techniques, could something like IRB be used to get to the galaxy pools? im not on pc so i cant really mess with fps, tab out, etc. are they other methods to get to the galaxy pools, or am i just outta luck?
Hey, I'm really curious if there are still some structures from the destiny 1 tower left in the destiny 2 tower location. Maybe you can do a little exploring video for that 😊
What is that first location shown in the video? I don't know where that is in D2, but that's literally just a copy paste of what Phogoth's room was supposed to be back in Destiny 1 before they destroyed the original story lol
Hey Dishur, love the video and your content. Quick question, what’s the deal with kings fall entrance? How come it is different when it comes to DSM with stasis/salvations grip? It seems to force respawn me back at the start no matter what, whereas in places like RoN and VoG it sends you directly to next checkpoint? Thanks in advance if you get a chance to reply!
6;50 you dont need heat rises to do that you can use any gernade on any class just throw it right before you mount always on time also is the only sparrow in the game that gets 6 boosts and is also slighlty faster
@@FlowingBoat220 yes, dodges and boosts are not the same thing. Aot is the only sparrow that can do a boost and have 5 dodges, every other sparrow only has 4 dodges after a boost. Any sparrow in the game with vernier can get 6 DODGES, which is correct.
So in the enclave at the shooting range area you can shatter or well skate to the very back of the cave area but you have to do it at a perfect angle on the right side of the room. BUT when you get to the back of the area you're surrounded by death barriers and turn back zones. If you haven't you can try to get out of that
Great video, quick question that is somewhat related, what do you do when you run out of sword ammo while exploring? I saw somewhere that said you can get it back somehow, but didn't give an explanation.
